Alright, so I'm looking to buy an Andrian Peterson jersey, and I've found a great deal for one, but it's a screen-printed jersey. What does that mean? Anyone have any like that? Any good?
thanks for the help

Most replica jerseys have screen printed lettering. I dont know about NFL authentic jerseys, but NBA authentics have embroidered logos, names and numbers.

Screen printed just means a standard replica jersey. Just make sure it was made by Reebok.

screen printed means it's not stitched/embroidered.

I really dont like screen printed ones. I bought a reebok Favre one and the lettering and number chips away. Go on ebay, you can find authentic ones for the same price as replica ones, alot of times you can find them cheaper.

Screen Printed last a lot longer if you dry clean them.

Bought a screen printed Tennesee,Vince Young jersey from a Reebok store in Vegas.
I have worn it 3 times tops and its chipping already.
The Puma ones from a few years back were so much better.Try sticking to authentics.

I have a screen printed Julius Jones jersey, I've had it for 3 years, and it hasn't chipped at all. Still in almost perfect shape.

Screen printed jerseys aren't too bad. I usually buy authentics, but the replicas are good to use when playing football outside with your friends. I have a few and most of them are still in pretty good condition. You just gotta know the correct way to wash them.

Yeah, I have a bunch of replica (screen printed) jerseys. I've taken care of them well and they're not chipping, but I just like the look and feel of the authentic ones.

Anyone that says they're getting authentics on ebay for cheap are most likely getting fakes. Albeit they are nicely made, they are not real. You wont get an authentic authentic cheap anywhere, not even ebay. Be careful guys. Screen printed replica's aren't bad but they do wear over time. If you can get it cheaper than the $75 retail pricetag, it is definitely worth it though.

The ones I've gotten have all been great quality and feel and look exactly like the one I bought right from NFL.com. If they're not "real," they're good enough for me.

You just have to be able to point out the fakes. I have compared them to the ones I have gotten from stores and they're the exact same thing.

Honestly, if they are well made, I don't care if they are fake.
