I see all of this scalper talk, and I’m left kind of scratching my head. I can’t think of any figures I’ve had a tough time finding. What recent WWE figures are going for insane prices on eBay? Big fat zero. Scalpers are just the excuse some people use if someone buys a figure before them

I hate Walmart so much. It is a pain in the butt to have to go to Walmart. Then you have to hope they stocked what you want. If not you're stuck having to go back. That or buy from a reseller online.

Man I’m glad I’m slowly getting out of collecting because the amount of store exclusive crap is driving me crazy This isn't nearly as bad as star wars black series stuff trust me.

Well, the only good thing I can say about this is I only have 1 Target in my city, and 1 30min away, so at least I'll only be frequently checking those locations every now and then to find the Dunn figure instead of going to the 5 Walmarts I have in my city for Walmart exclusives. But seriously, this does not make me excited to be a collector. I've never found enjoyment in "chasing" figures, it just makes me re-think my decision to be a collector at all...
As for those update about not getting figures outside of the U.S., you guys just have to let that go already. Mattel is an American based company, of course this kind of thing is going to happen in the U.S. When SilverVision had the rights to put out all the old WWE PPVs on DVDs only in Europe, I hated that, but I accepted it and paid the extra cost to have them shipped from the UK, and paid for a PAL DVD player. It just is what it is. I really don't see continuing to complain about where you live not getting something the U.S. gets ever making a difference. If Mattel felt they could make good money selling in other counties, I'm sure they would have already figured that out.

Perfect example.
Walgreens exclusive Maryse. People have had her and have been finding her for months. Over the course of the last few months been to at least 30 different WG’s. Came up empty every time
I want her, but I’m choosing to not pay more than retail. If I wanted her bad enough, I would
I’m not up in arms and calling for Mattel to stop all Walgreens exclusives

Paying 5 dollars extra is much different that paying double on ebay, which is what I just said.

No its not a good idea, it discourages people. If walmart and target where actually good at getting new wwe figures on a regualar basis then maybe it would not be so bad. But they both are not that great and target is the worst retailer for getting exclusives in 3 years in a row trying to make it 4. Scalpers are going to scoop these up and resell on ebay in droves. Making something harder to find is not or never will be a good thing. I dont see why this place is so negative all the time. For god sakes your getting figures that you wouldnt get otherwise because we all know they won't sell as well as the main roster, weekly features guys. It'd be nice to see the forum just be grateful for once with what we are getting and just enjoy your toys. St the end of the day that's what they are. I feel like there are far to many members here who loose sleep over things like this. I think you have to take into account a lot of people on these boards are used to ordering direct from RSC and getting everything early or when it first comes out. Of course the people who are willing to spend extra money to get figures are going to bitch when they have to *gasp!* wait a little or actually leave their house. Me on the other hand...I can wait. I've NEVER had an issue finding a figure at mass retail(including Walmart and Target exclusives) with the exception of the E16 Nash which was eons ago. Maybe it took a month or two longer than others, but eventually I find it.

I know, we chronologically got 54, 55, 56, 58, 56, 59, 56, 60, 56. 56 is good series, but damn, we've been getting it all year. My Walmart has been going through a case of Elites a week...because they are priced at $5. Over the past few weeks it's been Elite 58(Mickie James was the only one I wanted and of course it was gone), Elite 59, Elite 60, and another Elite 60. I've never seen a store get Elite series in order like that. I would have thought they would have repeated. Meanwhile another walmart near me is stuck on 56. I think it's 56. The one with Styles, Anderson, and Gallows.

I've personally seen people on this board who I know are in my area complaining about scalpers when in fact it was ME who beat them to the punch.

Don't worry fellas. I'm sure these are gonna warm like Tito. Collectors will be sending them to you in bundles at cost plus shipping.

HOC 2 Kane? - there will be restocks and fairly easy to find eventually E57 Jeff Hardy E57 Seth? Flashback HBK? I don’t look on eBay. This is a genuine question. Relating to WWE Mattel what could possibly be worth picking up to a scalper? I know scalpers or the flea market guys pick off Five Belows, Big lots, Ollie’s but at full retail there is very little worth scalping in this line

Wait, nobody would ever ask for this! What a pain in the ass.

Overall, I'm really glad Mattel is getting these figures out there to us. I'm not thrilled with having to hunt for more Target exclusives though. Their stocking of regular Elite series around here is so bad.
I'll guess I'll take a wait and see approach and see how it goes.
