There are benefits and drawbacks to everything. We're getting more figures than ever before in this line, when you account for all of the store exclusives, Elites, Epic Moments, etc. That's opened up opportunities to make more NXT tag teams and midcarders, wrestlecrap gimmicks, lower card wrestlers, and repaints or new takes on some older high demand figures, and filled in the lower card of the main roster.
If these extra slots didn't exist, many of these figures would not get made. Ever. Hopefully these limited run figures open up more opportunities for new figures or shorter wait times for lower tier talent.

No wonder why the UK scene is awful, they don't even want to improve it Its not, we have smyths, entertainer, argos, b&m, home bargains, wrestling shop, ebay, amazon, asda, tesco who all stock figures, UK collectors can also use ebay, amazon and ringside for figures unavailable here, hardly awful, the Smyths wwe section humiliates every single US stockist going when it comes to main lines Let's look at this more closely: Out of all those, the only place you can actually walk in and find/buy new Elites at retail is Smyths... and even they might be stopping (or only getting 4 figures per-series). Asda,Tesco and Argos don't sell regular Elites. Places like B&M, Home Bargains and The Entertainer, while good for the odd bargain, only sell older series Elites (that most people/collectors already have) - I think the latest series any of them have is Elite 52... meanwhile, the current series is Elite 61/62. Regular Elites are sold on Amazon, eBay and Wrestling Shop - but good luck getting any popular/in-demand figure for anything near retail price. Plus, you can't actually see the figure you're getting (to check the paint-job or box condition). Anything from RSC costs $15-$20 in shipping alone - plus a nasty Customs charge and handling fee. The only way we can get new store exclusives is from places like Wrestling Shop and eBay... for about £40 (plus postage) each. Great. I'm sorry, but if you can't see why it sucks to be a collector in the UK these days, I don't really know what to say.

B&M is great for discount store, they can get flooded with figures or have 1 or 2 it depends what comes in, same as HB. The only ones that sell Elite figures other than that is The Entertainer and Argos which only sells Elite figures. Idk maybe I'm doing it an injustice but for Elite collectors there's 3-4 stores

I disagree, i dont think it sucks, for me it doesnt, my own opinion mate I guess it depends what you collect... for me, as mainly a Legends/Flashback collector (ie. US store exclusives), it just makes things very difficult and frustrating. Still - as some people have pointed out - if this is the only way of them releasing a lot of Flashbacks and figures like Backlund and Sherri, then so be it - I'd rather have them released this way than not have them at all(!).

This is frustrating. For kids who collect they may never get a break. And most of us as adults it's sucking the fun out and requires more travel. We only have Tyler Bate of UK and may have real struggles gaining a second

Has this been mentioned somewhere or are you just speculating?!
There appears to be quite a bit of confusion about these figures, the word 'chase' has set everyone off and it would be great to get some clear information about them. If what you say is true then these are not 'chase' figures at all but rather exclusive figures that will only be available at a specific retailer. My understanding is that each set will contain the standard 6 figures plus the store exclusive figure. So at Walmart, E63 will come with the 6 figs that are part of the set PLUS Bob Backlund. If this is correct, then it should not be as difficult to find these as it would be if they were actual chase figures which will be available only in 1 out of every 4 cases. If stupid scalpers weren't an issue then I don't think they would be hard to find as I don't see many current fans being interested in Backlund or Sherri?!
I think the title of this thread needs to be changed to 'New Main Elite store exclusives for 2019' which is more accurate.

I hope they ship out the Walmart ones like they did those Cyborg and Batman Multiverse. I'm still seeing those at all Walmarts.

So target is now the exclusive place to get NXT figures. I’m good with that.

I'd like Dunne and Sherri if I can find them. This is going to be more of an issue at Target than Walmart if I were to guess. My Targets only get one set for each Elite wave from what I can tell. It's not like we can turn to Amazon. I think a lot of us are going to end up on Ebay on these. I'm just at the lowest point I've been with Mattel since 2010. I've lost my passion for the line. This doesn't help. Christ some of you cry over everything You're just excited to have new figures to scalp on ebay.

Possibly this... 1 Dusty, 1 Seth, 1 Sami, 1 Kane, 1 Nakamura, 1 Shelton (Chase or regular, not both), 1 exclusive, and leaving 1 spot for someone to be doubled packed.
