Im looking to start collecting football cards again. I did when I was really little, but now I want something else to collect besides wrestling figures.
I don't really know all the different types, and what is good. Could someone recommend me a pack that I should look into buying?

It depends if you want low, mid or high end stuff. Some really nice high end stuff is upper deck spx.

I only collect inserts and rarer cards.
Have a look on Ebay for some job lots of newer cards, you can get quite a deal.

I have boxes of them in my basement, mostly stuff from 1980 - 2000. Honestly, I quit buying sports cards once everyone quit caring about old cards, and actual rookie cards, and everyone wants whatever 1/15 card short-packed insert card of the month is, no matter who is actually on it. Oh yeah, and can I get some  ing stats on the back please? |

Sorta, I mainly collect Favre cards and AJ Hawk and Greg Jennings. I have an autographed Jennings one, I know him personally but not to well, He went to college just down the street and when my school went to Western Michigan for some linemen olympics he was there during the off season and signed one for me. Hes a really cool guy.

Seeing as the topic is here for disscusion, i just bought:  Eric Crouch 249/250 ball card and  Daunte Culpepper 190/250 Jersey card. Both came to about $8.50 |
