What if the Hulkster decided to stay in the WWF instead of leaving in 92? We’d definitely get him v. Flair at mania 8, maybe even an entire feud but what else would they do with him?

He could still feud with Sid, but has to be at SummerSlam 92 to have a cage match with Flair to end that feud once and for all. But I don't think the fans would be happy if he was still WWF Champion, so the title should probably stay away from him for a time. They could reunite the Megapowers with Randy as Champ? What I'd like to see is Hulk Hogan vs. Razor Ramon, that would've been something late in the year.

Does he even come back?

You could keep Perfect heel or turn him face after the Survivor Series match - make Flair and Heenan and Razor blame him for the loss. If Hogan was around a little longer, Vince might not have gone with the younger wrestlers as quick, so, Flair may have stayed a while longer in 1993. They could have done a better feud with Flair vs. Hitman, have Hitman chase Flair for the title, coming up short a few times, then beating him at a PPV (WM9 or King of the Ring).

Hulk needed a break as champion if he was to stick around. In fact I would've preferred Hulk vs. Flair for the "Real World Championship", with Hulk taking away the NWA title at WM8. Hulk vs. Flair was the dream match for us fans, but not for the masses. Most casual watchers in the WWF weren't used to Flair or knew about him. It's the reason why they couldn't draw well on the house shows, which is one of the reasons why we didn't get the main event we as fans deserved. Warrior was suspended, so he wasn't fired, his suspension was bound to be lifted eventually, maybe with Hulk around it'd happen at a later date.

Ultimate Mega Powers sounds awesome! Perfect would definitely stay a heel if they still had Warrior and Hulk around. I like the idea of Bret chasing after the belt.

One thing is for sure Hogan/Warrior vs Sid/Shango would've been a match on the house show circuit post WM VIII.
I gotta think we would've got Hogan/Flair in a big marquee match most likely at SSlam at Wembley.

If Hogan stays through 1992, does Vince see a need to resign Warrior at all? And if so, and Vince had Hogan and Warrior back, how does that effect Savage's role?
I'd predict we'd see something like this:
WITH HOGAN AND NO WARRIOR Royal Rumble- Flair wins, last eliminating Hogan by some heelish means WM8- Hogan vs Flair (Hogan wins title) SummerSlam 92- Hogan vs Flair or Hogan vs Savage Survivor Series 92- Hogan and Savage vs Flair and Razor Royal Rumble 93- Hogan vs Razor?; Yokozuna wins Rumble WM9- Hogan vs Yokozuna (Yoko wins belt, Hogan takes time off)
WITH HOGAN AND WARRIOR Rumble 92 and WM8 go down as above, Warrior returns at WM8... SummerSlam 92- Hogan vs Flair or Hogan vs Warrior Survivor Series 92- Hogan, Warrior, and Savage vs Flair, Razor, and Mr. Perfect or Shawn Michaels maybe? Rumble 93 and WM9 go down as above assuming Warrior still gets fired again...if he doesnt, Id see Warrior somehow getting the title at WM9

Funny how Hulk Hogan vs Ric Flair is the biggest rivalry in wrestling history, yet they never had that epic match or feud in the WWF/E. Their feud in TNA was more memorable than almost anything they did with each other in the WWF.

Probably the most memorable of that 91 feud was Flair pinning Hogan (wasn't the only time), but the ref later reversing the decision at MSG on November 30th, 1991. To bad Hulk wanted to be movie star aka. Mr. Nanny and lied about steroids.

I think he would've still taken a break. I think he would've taken a break around 1996 again as there was new talent (Mankind for example). I think if Hogan would've stayed, he still would've turned in'97.

He'd back back soon enough to ruin 1993 so no worries.
