Compared to what Hogan said, Lars’ takes are pretty tame. And Hogan is once again a “beloved legend” in the world of WWE.

What he said is pretty tame compared to some others. And it's kind of sad that people have the time to dig through old social media accounts to dig up dirt on others.

If every internet troll got fired, unemployment would be an all time high and the white-house would be empty. He'll be fine.

Well, I do at least agree with his KFC stance.

Everyone has said stupid things in their past, some of these seem like 'Troll' points of view rather than actual points of view from Lars. Lars is guilty of saying controversial things, but digging up posts made by him 5-10 years ago, just as he is set to debut on the main roster is pretty sad.
Considering the same writer posted 13 different articles about things he's said, clearly shows he has something against him and is trying to stop his success, digging up posts from years ago as a way to ruin someones career is quite pathetic and if anything, damages that guy more than Lars. Gotta wonder what did Lars do to him, refuse an autograph?
I really hope WWE continues with the plans for Lars, he'd be a god addition to either brand and now after reading those, i hope they give him a good push just to rub it in that guys face and tell him he wasted his time digging all that up only to make him look desperate and sad.

I don’t like Lars at all. But I don’t think he’s gonna get canned after this.
EDIT: I may take that back. Reading into this more, and he said some pretty stupid stuff. He made some very sexual remarks about Stephanie. He called KFC low class (a WWE sponsor). Some racist stuff as well. Yeah, doesn’t age well. Since this wasn’t on social media, maybe it won’t be looked at as seriously, but still. It’s pretty bad.

OH MY GOD. The idiot posting these things on that website needs to stop. I saw them all weekend and commented on some of them. Some of my comments were deleted lol. Who the cares what this guy had to say before he was even in the wrestling business? Like digging up other athletes Tweets when they were like 18 and didn't know any better. Just stop! He didn't really say anything out of the ordinary for being just a random dude on a message board.

Huh, these are actually true. I saw these headlines and posts on a wrestling meme page, and assumed they were just made up for comedic effect. But they're actually real...yikes.
If Lars Sullivan was indeed the person behind the accounts, then I can only hope that he's grown up since then (mentally, because of course he's done enough growing physically). Everyone makes incredibly stupid comments in their teens, especially on internet forums. Although even going by those standards, these are still some disgusting comments. I think it's been well documented that if a Performance Centre recruit has a poor attitude or personality, they don't stick around. The fact that Lars has stuck around not only to make it onto NXT TV, but stay there for a year and a half, and is in the process of being called up to the main roster, tells me that if he did make those comments once upon a time, he likely doesn't still hold those views now, if he indeed ever held them seriously.

Paige got the womens title all jazzed up and didn't get penalised. I can't see this trolling going anywhere.

Nobody would've known that happened if Paige's private photos/videos weren't leaked without her consent. Lars willingly posted these things on a public internet message board.

There’s no “gray area” when it comes to sexual assault. And reason-minded people wouldn’t have a thought like that in the first place.
Wither he says or goes, I don’t care. I try to avoid stupid ***holes on the reg, so I’ll apply this logic here.

I try to avoid stupid ***holes on the reg, so I’ll apply this logic here. I'm basing my assumption off of two sentences he used in the quote, but I think he's referring to a woman changing her mind during or after a sexual encounter, rather than outright force. If I'm correct in my assumption, then one could make the argument that there is indeed a "grey area" or sorts when it comes to rape...and here's why: If a woman changes her mind in the midst of the act and makes it known that she has withdrawn consent, but the man continues anyway...then that's rape. If the woman changes her mind in the midst of the act, but doesn't say anything until later? Then can that be rape? She may feel that she had removed consent, but if she didn't make it known to her partner, can he still be held accountable? Of course, he might be dudebro-ing and not thinking that deeply...in which case he's just pontificating on how drunk a woman can be before she's too drunk to say no.
