Very good comedy, writing and the women were heads and tails above the women today for their comedic timing

Great show for its time. It has held up pretty good. I won't watch it regularly, but I wouldn't change the channel if I walked into the room and it was on...ya know?

I liked it. There are still a few episodes of that show that I feel could still hold up today as some of the funniest episodes on a comedy television show.

I bet Rue McClanahan was quite a piece of eye candy back in the day.

I'm pretty sure we've got every season on DVD, as my wife loves this show. I have a lot of fond memories of this show from my childhood as it seems like one of the things my grandparents watched pretty regularly. Now, I watch it with the wife and kids when we need a good show that's funny without being too overtly sexual. Though Blanche still pushes the envelope of innuendo even today, I think.

I was afraid this was going to be about a reboot. I'm so happy I was wrong. But they say is coming. You can quote me on that.

Ive always said they need to take certain tv shows/movies from this era and put them in a time capsule just in case something were to happen people can look back and realize that the world wasnt nearly as bad as the media made it out to be. Imagine hundreds of years from now thinking everyone was racist, people killed each other for political ideas and people judged who you were because of a religion or lack of and then you pop in a TV show like Golden Girls, Dukes of Hazzard, Cheers, Happy Days, Cosby etc and you realized the world really wasnt as bad as people acted like it was.

Ah hell, I misread the reply I thought they were saying Bill did that. Cant say I've seen the episode but I'm sure there was a lesson from it though. Now they just let the person get raped and call Liv and Elliott.
