They work exactly the same as the old heads man. Just heat up water for 5 minutes in the microwave and place the figures upside down in the bowl. It's best to remove any rubber vests or necklaces before removing heads and only fill up the container just enough to level the lower neck. I would also suggest only submerging the figures when torso cracking and just remember to pat them dry best you can afterwards. Hope this helps man.

That's a concern I didn't think about, can anyone confirm the face printing is as durable as the old tampography? I really don't want to accidentally rub someone's face off when popping their head off.
To play it safe, don't touch the printed parts of the face while its still hot. Press up under the chin when removing a head, like if you were removing a bottlecap with your thumb, or flipping a coin.

As I said above, I can confirm they are just as durable as the old style, (I've done a few already) the print won't rub off and they fit onto any and all elite torsos too, not just the latest ones. Same works for arms, although if you want to use interchangeable hands on an old figure you'll have to swap out the whole arm, well from below the ball shoulder peg (so no need to torso crack). If not, the new hands will be loose in the old style joint. Hope this helps.

If hands are loose, just stuff a little bit of plastic wrap into the hole before popping in a peg. Quick way to add friction, costs nothing, and is easily reversible.

Unless your playing with them.
