Hi everyone I'm completely new here. This is my first post and got to let some steam off. So here's the story. I'm in the process of completing my classic superstars collection I'm maybe 20 figures away not counting the 1 of 100s and limited production ones. So I find a loose 2 pack tag team rvd & tazz for $22 not a bad deal. I recieve it open the box so excited and when I look the rvd is fine but they switched up the tazz on me instead of the one they listed in the pictures which is an all black singlet and the shorter boots to the ringside collectibles tazz with orange boots and the towel which I've had since it was released ages ago. I've sent 3 messages to the seller and no response so I'm stuck with it. Just curious but has this ever happened to anyone here? I'm so angry!

My story is kind of a 'bait and switch' but i would say more of a 'bait and lie'. Back in 2010 i got 2 loose figures off Ebay, the RA No Mercy 2007 CM Punk and the RA Royal Rumble 2006 RVD. I already had the RVD so i mainly got this for the Punk.
In the description it said (Along the lines of) that they were 'In good condition from display' However when i got them, Punk's left arm was loose and his hair and face had paint chipping. As for RVD, his singlet had some paint rubbed off around the shoulder straps and the ponytail was missing.
The thing is, the pictures looked good, no paint flaws or anything.

Before this the worst thing that happened was something similar. I bought the blue koko b ware from the "pets" 3 pack. Ot looked good in the pictures but it looked like it was sticking in someone's butt when I got it lol. I tried to clean it but ended up throwing it away and buying another. It was only like $5 so wasnt a big deal.

I got pics of the one I got and the one in the listing its obviously different. It just sucks cause theres only one more for sale on Ebay and its MOC for $60 and to add insult to injury this is the last classic 2 pack I needed to finish the 2 pack series. |

Well good news this morning. The seller finally got back to me and gave me a full refund and told me to keep the figures! I still need to either rebuy the cstt series 11 2 pack or see if I can find the tazz loose somewhere. A little off topic I would like to start up a CS threat with pics of my collection and maybe stir up some more interest and movement for CS figures they are my absolute favorite line and possibly get on contact with other members selling off their CS collections and also list the ones I'm missing and maybe make a few deals. Once that's done it's on to completing the old hasbros. I'm new at this so forgive me I do anything dumb lol.

The best way to contact other members about buying figures would be on the classifields board which you will gain access to after 50 non-spam posts. |
