I hear Ricochet's wwe contract expires in 2021. I think he'd be a great fit for AEW plus he owns his name so that's another plus. It’s heartbreaking that he’s not THE top guy. What a f*cking waste of his talent. If Ricochet signed with AEW, I’d belt him up fast. He’s an unreal talent. I’m not surprised he’s not a main eventer in wwe, but he should be at the IC/ US title level. He’s one step above a jobber.

Exactly! You’re mocking AEW haters who criticize them for signing “wwe rejects”, but what they don’t realize is WWE signed legitimate wcw rejects and turned them into mega stars.

For others, it’s the money. For others, it’s creative fulfillment. It really depends on the person. Hard to knock them for any reason really.

Agreed not knocking them but its tough to get mad about someones use in the Fed when maybe they are happy with whats going on.

Gonna be a few weeks, but Shanna is on route to come back. Has to spend 2 weeks isolating in another country that she's allowed to enter the States from. I'll call the shot now her against Nyla at full gear. Maybe just the buy in but they had a great rivalry before she got stuck.

My argument about "ex WWE talent" is, a truly talented person shouldn't be punished because WWE didn't know what to do with someone, or didn't want to do with anyone. Wrestling history if rife with people never utilized to their full potential leaving one company, and becoming a star in the other.
Hell, WWE in the 80s went around and took every top star they could get from every single territory, and created a boom off of it. And later, Austin, Foley, Hunter, Jericho, and so on were all ex WCW guys.
That being said, you don't want to take a very marginal talent, who was a low carder, and suddenly they become a top guy in your company. I think AEW has done a very good job for example, with Shawn Spears. Shawn is a solid talent, and someone you want in your locker room. But pushing him to the moon would of been a big mistake. But someone like Miro? Yeah, push that guy to the moon.

Those that don't, are either trolling purposely, 11 years old, or are the exact type of person who fit the wrestling fan stereotypes.

Mouth breathers at their worst.

Jericho was correct. He probably wasn't supposed to spoil it lol, but they did in fact sign Deeb. Good call, she looked great. Can't wait for her to cross paths with Shida

She's not going to be a top gal, but I think she adds some very competent and much needed depth to the women's roster.

would anyone be willing to help me out with the results thread? i'm admittedly not completely up to date with them due to being so busy with my new work schedule. i get them posted eventually, but it could be better updated with the help of another via pm. i know there's a few that have used it quite frequently, but i don't know how many other non-posters check it out. i'd like to keep it more up to date, and since i am the only member that can really update it, if someone else could help me out with (mostly) dark results i could keep it more in check. just lmk if you're down, otherwise i'll do what i can to keep it mostly up to date.
edit: i've also considered changing the layout a bit, (ie. adding storyline progression segments rather than just the match results/match times/etc.) again, if you wanna help out just message me. or even if you have other ideas for the thread, i'm welcome to reading those and using them as well. thanks dudes. <3
