What if Cody wants to finish the story one day & return to AEW & finally win their World Title... before he retires I’d love that but I highly doubt it’ll ever happen lol Him re-signing and a clause in his contract is a guaranteed title shot would be a great way for him to come back as a heel (if he'd want to). That would be good stuff |

Everyone that’s booing Punk is clearly fans of the Elite, so it makes sense they are booing him. They are also the same fans that are active in the IWC and know that Collision is essentially going to be the CM Punk show. The Elite most likely won’t ever work it. So do those people who know all this buy tickets to attend Collision episodes just to boo a guy they don’t like, or will the crowds for these shows mostly be the ones paying to see Punk who they will give positive reactions? Will Collision if only Punk fans attend? Will AEW die hards who loved everything the company has done up until they brought Punk back be ok with second tier show failing if that happens? Other things I’ve noticed from other platforms is people who are against Miro and Andrade being brought back because they are fans of the way they conducted themselves behind the scenes. It’s all very odd to me. |

There is a rumor/story going around that Punk did an interview with ESPN, where he took it upon himself to blur the lines and stir the pot for the sake of promoting Collision. Except he said some really derogatory things about some folks, which will only make their working relationship worse. AEW officials are trying to get the interview shelved, but people are saying that if it gets out, it’s gonna be another one of those weeks where the focus is on entirely the wrong thing.
