In response to KillemAll's Fantasy Booking with Edge, I have decided to put it upon myself to make a "What if Eddie Guerrero was still alive", what if he had wrestled all the way from 2005 through his retirement in the summer of 2015.
2005:
Eddie Guerrero has won a Qualifying Match to advance to the Survivor Series in his old lying, cheating and stealing ways ending Mr. Kennedy's undefeated streak. After, it is announced that the next week Eddie Guerrero would compete for the World Heavyweight Championship in a Triple Threat Match against his friend Batista and their nemesis Randy Orton. But before that, Team SMACKDOWN invade Team RAW in Minneapolis. It looks as if SMACKDOWN gained the upper hand, but RAW battles back and HBK is able to superkick Eddie Guerrero sending SMACKDOWN into retreat. On the SMACKDOWN show. Eddie Guerrero gets angry and in a scathing interview threatens Shawn Michaels showing signs again of a heel turn, but backstage, promises Batista that no matter who wins the World Heavyweight Championship, they will still be friends. In the Triple Threat Match. Orton has Batista down with the RKO, but Eddie stops Orton from pinning Batista and tosses Orton over the top rope to the floor and then although he doesn't want to do it, he pins Batista and regains the World Heavyweight Championship, a title that he never wore in WCW when he was there. After the match. Batista realizes that Eddie wins the match. Eddie says it's no big deal, just as Eddie and Batista clear the air and celebrate. Eddie begins to hit a low blow on Batista and he hits him with the World Heavyweight Title belt, however, he's not through with Batista. He tosses Batista over the top rope and continues to beat him unmercifully and suplexes Batista into the steel steps similar to what he did to Rey Mysterio in May of 2005 when he completed his third heel turn. Eddie is back to heel mode and he is announced the captain of team SMACKDOWN on WWE.COM. Team SMACKDOWN then invade Team RAW again, but this time Bischoff and Long agree to a match with Eddie Guerrero taking on Shawn Michaels, but Bischoff wants to humilate Team SMACKDOWN even further. Bischoff announces that they haven't had a World Heavyweight Championship Match on RAW for a while, so tonight they are going to get their money's worth. It will be Eddie Guerrero defending the newly won World Heavyweight Championship against The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels. Bischoff announces that by the time Survivor Series begins, both the World Heavyweight Title and the WWE Title will both be in RAW's possession and there's nothing Teddy Long or anybody from SMACKDOWN can do about it. Eddie and Shawn fight a 25-30 minute match but when Shawn is close to winning the World Heavyweight Title by hitting Eddie with Sweet Chin Music while the referee is distracted by Team SMACKDOWN and Team RAW fighting. Randy Orton appears and nails Shawn Michaels with the RKO and although he has no love for Eddie Guerrero pulls Guerrero on Michaels and that allows Guerrero to get his first successful World Heavyweight Title defense. Bischoff is furious that SMACKDOWN got one over RAW. Meanwhile, on SMACKDOWN. Guerrero says the reason he turned on Batista is because he was tired of Batista taking his spot on SMACKDOWN. SMACKDOWN is Guerrero's house, not Batista's. And that's why he took the World Heavyweight Title away from Batista. Guerrero says that as Team Captain, he is adding the man who helped him retain the World Heavyweight Championship, although he hasn't seen eye to eye with this person. He has to give him credit for helping him out, Randy Orton. Orton thanks Guerrero and they shake hands. But in the main event, Guerrero teams up with JBL to take on Kane and Big Show in a Tag Team Non-Title Lumberjack Match. The match ends in a draw with all hell breaking loose as Team RAW and Team SMACKDOWN are beating the crap out of each other. Kane and Show are attempting to chokeslam Mysterio through the announce table but Eddie Guerrero who doesn't want to see his former friend Rey get hurt helps and hits Kane and Big Show with the World Title Belt. Then as Eddie stands tall over both of them. Michaels superkicks Guerrero and stands over him. At the 2005 Survivor Series, Eddie and Michaels's paths cross again, with Eddie eliminating Carlito, but as he ends up celebrating. He gets a Sweet Chin Music from Shawn Michaels, however Team SMACKDOWN is able to win the match. Teddy Long then announces that the four men who teamed up with Eddie Guerrero get a chance to take on Guerrero at Armageddon for the World Heavyweight Championship. Lashley pins Orton and wins the match with help from The Undertaker's mind games. After the match. Eddie attempts a sneak attack on Lashley but Lashley nails him with the Dominator, then on the go-home show of Armageddon. Eddie softens Lashley up to take on the returning Mark Henry who returned two weeks ago. Henry wins the match by DQ after Henry refuses to put a beating on Lashley. Eddie then stares down Lashley laughing at him as he is down on the ground. At Armageddon. Eddie in his first successful title defense of course uses his lying, cheating and stealing ways and even using intereference from Mark Henry by defeating Lashley. On the last 2005 edition of SMACKDOWN. Rey Mysterio wins a SMACKDOWN Rumble to earn the right to face Eddie Guerrero for the World Heavyweight Championship.
2006:
As 2006 starts, Eddie Guerrero starts off 2006 cutting a promo saying that the last time he and Rey Mysterio fought was in a Steel Cage Match in where Eddie defeated Rey in it, Eddie says that Rey has gotten him all these times, but this is a new year and he's very confident in defeating Rey at the Royal Rumble and remain the World Heavyweight Champion all the way up to WrestleMania 22. Eddie tries to set up Rey trying to put him out of the match. On the go-home show before the Royal Rumble. Eddie books Rey in a Handicap Match against MNM in where Rey wins against them, but Eddie attacks and Eddie grabs the steel steps and attempts to suplex Mysterio similar to what he did to him & also Batista in November, but Mysterio gets out of the way and escapes the ring. At the Royal Rumble, the two go at it in a 20-25 minute match. Mysterio kicks out of one frog splash and is able to defeat Guerrero once more and become the World Heavyweight Champion for the first time. Guerrero of course is furious and takes it out on Simon Dean and steals his Royal Rumble Entrant Number in where he enters at #19 and eliminates Super Crazy, Viscera and Eugene until he's eliminated by the #26 entrant Shawn Michaels. After, HBK is in the final Six and is dominating the Rumble until Vince McMahon's music plays and out he comes staring down Shawn Michaels. Vince and Shawn are at a heated rivalry with one another, then Eddie comes back from under the ring and eliminates Michaels. Michaels sees who's eliminated him, and Michaels begins to chase Guerrero out of the ring. Guerrero states that on SMACKDOWN, he cost Shawn Michaels the Royal Rumble because Shawn Michaels and Rey Mysterio both took their WrestleMania moment from him. Guerrero says that McMahon granted him a World Title re-match against Mysterio at No Way Out as a job well done for eliminating Shawn Michaels at the Royal Rumble. But Guerrero demands that he and Rey's match be a Last Man Standing Match for the World Heavyweight Championship and that Rey will have No Way Out. On the go-home show of No Way Out, after a non-title match with JBL. Guerrero attacks Mysterio with a chair, meanwhile on RAW. Michaels still furious that Eddie Guerrero cost him the chance to go to WrestleMania 22 to face the WWE Champion decides not to be in the WrestleMania 22 #1 Contenders Tournament for the WWE Championship, because he claims that he wants to make something happen for WrestleMania even though he respects John Cena and the WWE Championship. At No Way Out, Guerrero & Mysterio fight with hardcore weapons. Guerrero is almost winning the match by trying to suplex Mysterio into the steel steps but RAW's Shawn Michaels appears and hits Guerrero with Sweet Chin Music and Michaels does the "crotch chop" taunt and that allows Mysterio to take advantage and retain the World Heavyweight Championship, after. Long has the security come out to escort Shawn Michaels as Michaels beats on Guerrero, but Michaels attacks Security, and Vince McMahon shows up and stares down Long with an angry look and also his face goes red as he staresdown Shawn. Guerrero shows up on RAW after No Way Out and pleads to Vince McMahon to give him a match against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 22. Michaels shows up and accepts the challenge, but then Michaels begins to brawl with Guerrero. But this time it's Guerrero that has the upper hand and hits Michaels with a steel chair in the head and hits him a few times in the back and then nails the frog splash on Michaels, Guerrero has fired the first shot just before WrestleMania 22. But the fans are happy to see Michaels and Guerrero collide on the biggest stage of them all, it's the dream match everyone has been excited for. On March 10 on SMACKDOWN. Eddie Guerrero cuts a scathing promo on Shawn Michaels, Eddie also talks about his own addiction saying that he was just like Shawn Michaels, he knows HBK had an addiction and so did Eddie. The Eddie Guerrero behind closed doors was a wildman and he did the things he should've not done. He was involved in a very bad car accident in 1999. And everyone knows the history of what Eddie did, he almost lost everything in 2001 when he went off the deep end. He almost was this close to being homeless, but god saved him. And in 2002, when he returned to the WWE. So did Shawn Michaels. But now, it's time that Eddie & Shawn square off for the first time to prove who the better man really is. Eddie says that God was able to save Shawn Michaels from his addiction, but Shawn won't save himself at WrestleMania cause the beating he's going to give him will be so bad that Shawn will go back to drinking and using again. On March 13, 2006 of RAW. Michaels then says that Guerrero was right, he was a wildman, both of them made mistakes, but they both returned to the WWE for a second chance, because everybody deserves one, as Michaels continues to cut a promo, Chavo Guerrero's old music hits as he comes out and tells Shawn that he really does not know what Eddie's been up to, he's tried contacting Eddie, the whole family's been trying to ask Eddie what's been going on inside his head about Shawn Michaels, but he won't listen. It turns out to be a setup however when Eddie Guerrero shows up and attacks Shawn Michaels with Chavo Guerrero's help as Michaels realizes the lying, cheating and stealing ways. At Saturday Night's Main Event. The Contract Signing between Eddie Guerrero and Shawn Michaels gets tense with Shawn and Eddie almost going at it with one another, but Chavo, Eddie's uncle saves Eddie from being attacked by Shawn, he ends up being the sacrifical lamb. On the go-home show edition before WrestleMania 22 of SMACKDOWN. Shawn Michaels shows up and demands a confrontation with Eddie Guerrero. Both Michaels & Guerrero get into a back and forth promo, but they do not lay their hands on one another. Michaels requests that he and Eddie should really tear the house down by making their match a No Holds Barred Match at WrestleMania 22 with Eddie accepting. At WrestleMania, the two go at it for 30-35 minutes with The McMahons, The Spirit Squad and Chavo Guerrero interefering on Eddie's behalf, but Shawn fends them off even with an interefering Bret Hart, both of them bury the hatchet at the WWE 2006 Hall of Fame. Shawn is able to get the win by hitting Sweet Chin Music as Bret has Vince on the outside hitting the sharpshooter. On the Post-WrestleMania show on SMACKDOWN. Eddie gets angry and ruins a fatal-four way Cruiserweight Match between Jamie Noble, Kid Kash, Super Crazy and Paul London and destroys all four of them. Eddie gets on the mic and says that Shawn Michaels can't win a match without any help, he has to cheat his way through a victory. Eddie says that the intereference means nothing, he was the one that should've won the match. Eddie suggests another match with Shawn Michaels at Backlash. HBK considers this, Against the better judgment. Long allows Eddie Guerrero to compete on the RAW PPV to face Shawn Michaels, on April 24, 2006 as Shawn Michaels is in a match with Shane McMahon. Eddie Guerrero shows up and attacks Shawn Michaels, he then ties Shawn in the ropes slapping him and tells him he will see him at Backlash. At Backlash, this time with intereference from the McMahons and thanks to a ref bump, Eddie wins the match with help from The McMahons, of course Shawn is not happy with the win and demands one more go-round at Judgment Day, Eddie says that he doesn't mind Shawn showing up at a SMACKDOWN PPV for one more match, unless the match ends up being a match Eddie's never competed in, and a match Shawn has only competed in twice. A Hell in A Cell Match. The fans go wild, Eddie is also saying that he doesn't want any intereference, he doesn't want Chavo, nor The McMahons to interefere. Because he wants to do this on his own to prove that he can beat Shawn without any intereference. They close out the show at Judgment Day and rock the house down for a 40-45 minute match with both men bleeding and both men using weapons on one another. And both men kicking out of their finishers twice, but a third frog splash puts Shawn down with Eddie untop of the ladder hitting a frog splash on Shawn through the table giving Eddie the win, after the match as the cell is lowered down. Eddie and Shawn stare each other down with Shawn still down. Shawn stares at Eddie with a smile as if to say "good job". Eddie shows signs of a face turn and cuts a promo on how he defeated Shawn Michaels and wants to get back at the World Heavyweight Championship picture which is still being held by Rey Mysterio. Then Batista's music plays unexpectedly as he comes out to a big pop. Eddie tries to beg off telling Batista that he was sorry but Batista attacks him and just beats him down, the fans start to boo Batista a bit, Batista then hits a spinebuster on Eddie through the announce table and stands over Eddie saying "this is only the beginning". Long books Batista and Eddie for the Great American Bash. On the June 22 edition of SMACKDOWN in Batista's return match against Ken Kennedy. Guerrero does a quick sneak attack by nailing Batista's injured back with a steel chair. Guerrero and Batista then scout one another before the Bash, until finally their match happens. Eddie wins the match by DQ when Batista attacks him and does not stop, the fans boo for Batista once more as Batista is showing signs of being a heel the way he is manhandling Eddie. Batista then powerbombs Eddie twice, On the post-Bash Show of SMACKDOWN. Batista cuts a promo saying no matter if the fans boo or cheer for what he did to Eddie Guerrero, he does not care all he cares is what he did to Eddie Guerrero is what Eddie did to him last November. Eddie challenges him to one more match at Summerslam, an "I Quit Match". Batista says that it's fine with him. Both men do not touch each other physically. Eddie gets a lot of momentum winning over Matt Hardy and Super Crazy without any cheating as he is slowly on his way to being a face. At Summerslam. The two square off. Eddie of course tries his best but Batista beats him down for the 5-10 minutes. Eddie however refuses to quit and Batista just continues his unmerciless assault busting Eddie open until Eddie's wife Vickie comes in and throws in the towel allowing Batista to win the match, but that doesn't sit well with Batista. Batista attacks Eddie and puts him through the announce table with a powerbomb. This turns Eddie face, and turns Batista heel as Eddie is receiving cheers as he's helped out. Eddie takes some time off, but returns in November to the ECW Brand as a babyface and he wins the ECW Championship in the Extreme Elimination Chamber Match at December to Dismember and on the post show of that in his first title defense, he successfully retains against The Big Show, after. RVD wins a #1 Contenders Match and faces Eddie Guerrero at the 2007 Royal Rumble for the ECW Championship.
2007:
Eddie Guerrero is starting off 2007 with another championship, the ECW Championship, he and his Royal Rumble opponent Rob Van Dam are doing good co-existing, but on the go-home show of the Royal Rumble, RVD and Guerrero lose a tag team match against Test and Hardcore Holly as RVD attempted to hit Test with a spinkick but ducked and hit Eddie Guerrero allowing Test to hit RVD with a big boot and win the match. After the match, both Eddie and RVD argue with each other and almost come to blows, but Eddie thinks better of it and walks away, both men's match is made an Extreme Rules Match as the fans are excited for it, they wrestle for 15-20 minutes, but it's Eddie that gets the win by hitting the frog splash on RVD and retain the ECW Championship and both men shake hands in a competitive back and forth match. After, Eddie keeps retaining the ECW Championship, but CM Punk is now the #1 Contender for the ECW Championship at WrestleMania 23. Eddie says that he's happy that CM Punk won the right to face him, and people like Punk deserve a chance to be in ECW. Punk and Eddie get along very well, but on the go-home show before WrestleMania 23. Punk blasts Eddie for his past drinking and lifestyle and that gets Eddie mad that Eddie says that at WrestleMania 23, he was going to teach Punk respect. The match between the two is the third match of the night. Punk and Eddie fight for a good 10-15 minutes, Punk kicks out of one frog splash and is able to get the win by hitting the GTS and successfully regains his first ECW Championship. After, both men shake hands. Eddie then takes time off and returns to the SMACKDOWN Brand in the Draft Lottery, meanwhile Eddie's friend Chris Benoit retired from wrestling, I'm keeping this is because in my fantasy world, Chris Benoit wanted to take some time off and he retires on his own, he doesn't end up going crazy and owns his own wrestling school. Eddie's first feud back on SMACKDOWN is against the cocky, brash and arrogant MVP. MVP has successfully regained the United States Championship, and the two have a rivalry. MVP costs Eddie a match on the go-home show edition of SMACKDOWN against Edge. But Eddie has the last laugh by making MVP's U.S. Title reign a short one at Vengeance: Night of Champions, Eddie is also accused of blowing up Vince McMahon's limousine as well. But Eddie is cleared of all charges. Eddie has a good run in his second reign as WWE United States Champion even retaining the championship against some of SMACKDOWN's finest. Matt Hardy, Finlay, His uncle Chavo Guerrero and keeps on retaining the title against many superstars on PPV's, he retains it in a rematch against MVP at The Great American Bash, Chris Masters at Summerslam, but then drops the title to Finlay at Unforgiven. Eddie then goes on a losing streak and is almost close to losing his wife Vickie because Vickie is telling Eddie to step up his game or else he and her are through. Vickie is also named interim General Manager after Teddy Long's heart attack. Eddie finally gets back on the winning track at Survivor Series as he's replacing Matt Hardy as Matt has to undergo an appendix problem. Eddie gets redemption on Mr. Kennedy two years ago in where Kennedy hit him with a steel chair and eliminates him, but he winds up being eliminated by Umaga after hitting him with the Samoan Spike. Eddie is on Triple H's team BTW. On the post-Survivor Series Show on SMACKDOWN. Eddie and Vickie are in the ring with Eddie almost being announced as the #1 Contender, but Edge comes out and spears Eddie after returning at Survivor Series, Vickie stares at Edge beginning to have a scream at first but she smiles at him, and then they kiss, Vickie has betrayed Eddie by cheating on him with Edge. But the setup plan is foiled when Batista comes out to attack Edge and The Undertaker also comes out to tombstone Vickie Guerrero to try to get his hands on Edge. Eddie of course is not seen until the SMACKDOWN after Armageddon to ruin Edge's World Title Celebration and saves Batista from an attack by Edge and The Edgeheads, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder, Long that is controlled by Edge and Vickie begins to go behind Edge and Vickie's back and announces that Edge will face Eddie Guerrero for the World Heavyweight Title at the 2008 Royal Rumble. Then 2007 ends with Eddie saying that he's got four words for Vickie Guerrero "I want a divorce".
2008:
On the first episode of SMACKDOWN 2008. Eddie comes out saying that 2007 was the hardest year he came back from, first, he starts out 2007 great by winning the ECW Championship and becoming the United States Champion for a second time, but his life was ruined, not only by the woman he loved so much in the past 18 years, but by Edge as well. Eddie says that he's going to make sure that Edge & Vickie suffer when he takes the World Heavyweight Title away from Edge and makes Vickie's life a living hell when he divorces her and takes the kids away from her. Eddie's uncle Chavo at first joins Eddie, but Chavo betrays Eddie again by joining Edge's group. On the go-home show before the Royal Rumble. Eddie Guerrero teams up with Batista & Undertaker to defeat Edge & The Edgeheads in a six-man tag with Eddie pinning Edge to get some momentum for the Royal Rumble, at the Royal Rumble, Edge and Eddie fight a good 15-20 minute match, but thanks to intereference from Eddie's wife Vickie and the Edgeheads. Edge retains the World Heavyweight Title, Eddie demands one more match at No Way Out for the title. Edge accepts it on one condition, if he can defeat The Great Khali. Eddie does it with the help of course of his old lying, cheating and stealing tactics. Eddie then ruins Edge and Vickie's proposal with Eddie attacking Edge and also beating on the Edgeheads who try to help him attack Eddie but Eddie fights them off and hits three frog splashes on Edge and raises up the World Heavyweight Championship belt, at No Way Out, Eddie and Edge fight a good match without any intereference. Edge is able to get the win by hitting a spear and retains the World Heavyweight Championship. That however doesn't get Eddie down as he's able to get a spot at WrestleMania by competing in the fourth Money in The Bank Ladder Match after defeating Chuck Palumbo in a qualifying match. The 10 competitors in the match are Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, Jeff Hardy, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Mr, Kennedy, MVP, John Morrison, Shelton Benjamin and Umaga. Eddie is close to winning the match, but Punk and Eddie are the last two remaining and Punk knocks Eddie off the ladder giving Punk his second WrestleMania win. Eddie of course takes some time off, but returns in the summer and hears that Edge cheated on Vickie Guerrero on their wedding day. In a sitdown interview, Eddie says that he really can't forgive Vickie for cheating on Edge. But he feels sympathy for her because she's the mother of his kids, he really loves Vickie, and he couldn't stand what Edge did to her. Eddie also says that he hoped that Edge got what was coming from him by The Undertaker at Summerslam, Speaking of Summerslam. Eddie wins a #1 Contendership Battle Royal Match and earns the right to become WWE Champion again by facing Triple H. Eddie and Triple H have a promo on the go-home show at Summerslam with Eddie telling Triple H that the last time they fought for the championship, he was the WWE Champion, but now with Triple H as WWE Champion, he is going to beat Triple H and win the WWE Championship again just like he did at No Way Out 2004 with Brock Lesnar. The Game responds by saying that Brock Lesnar was just an obstacle for Eddie Guerrero to beat but Eddie's facing a much more bigger obstacle and that obstacle is going to be Triple H. But this time, it won't be a happy ending for Eddie Guerrero. At Summerslam, the two fight a good 15-20 minute match, The Game kicks out of 2 frog splashes, and Eddie kicks out of one pedigree, but the second pedigree puts Eddie down and Eddie's hand is on the ropes, but the ref still counts and Triple H is still the WWE Champion. Eddie protests on the SMACKDOWN after Summerslam, Eddie's soon to be ex-wife Vickie gives Eddie another chance at the WWE Championship as he would compete in the 30-Minute WWE Championship Scramble Match at Unforgiven. As it would be Eddie Guerrero, MVP, Jeff Hardy, Shelton Benjamin, Triple H & The Undertaker for the WWE Championship. In the final moments of the match, The Undertaker is the current WWE Champion after entering last and is close to winning the title in 1 minute and 30 seconds, but Vickie Guerrero shows up and tries to stop Undertaker. Taker grabs her by the throat and shockingly Vickie hands over the WWE Title belt to Eddie and Eddie hits Undertaker in the face with it and pins him to become the current champion and survive the last few seconds by winning the WWE Championship for the second time turning Eddie into a heel again, after, Eddie and Vickie make out and they become husband and wife again. Eddie explains his actions after Unforgiven and says that he and Vickie devised the plan together, they weren't really going to divorce, as long as Edge was out of the way at Summerslam, Eddie and Vickie planned it all along, And now the fans are the fools. Triple H and The Undertaker are both angry and demand championship matches against Eddie Guerrero. Vickie puts them in a #1 Contenders Match together, the match is a no-contest with both men unable to make the count after a pedigree by Triple H on the outside forces both men to not answer the count. Eddie says that they are not going to face him at No Mercy, then Stephanie McMahon shows up and says that Eddie would defend the WWE Title against Triple H & The Undertaker in a Triple Threat Match at No Mercy, the next week, Eddie and Vickie announce that Stephanie McMahon and Triple H were married because Triple H patched a plan to Stephanie just like Eddie and Vickie did, that of course gets Triple H upset that he attacks Eddie out of frustration. The Game in response says that he and Stephanie are married and that Stephanie is the mother of Triple H's kids. But he doesn't devises plans with Stephanie, Stephanie and her family are just trying to make the company better, and the better way to make the company better is that Vickie Guerrero is out of SMACKDOWN after the WWE Championship is taken off of Eddie Guerrero's waist. Undertaker then agrees with Triple H that they both share a common bond to try to take the WWE Championship off of Eddie Guerrero, but it's every man for himself. At No Mercy, all three fight in a 15-20 minute match. Taker is close to winning the WWE Championship against Triple H, But Vickie has Big Show come out to cost Undertaker the WWE Championship and he does it by knocking out Undertaker. Eddie retains the WWE Title by pinning Undertaker. Eddie prepares for the next PPV Title Match at Cyber Sunday as either Vladimir Kozlov, Triple H or Jeff Hardy would challenge Eddie for the title. Hardy wins the vote at 80% at Cyber Sunday leaving Kozlov and Triple H to have a one on one match, the Hardy/Guerrero match is the last match of the night, both fight a good match with one another, Hardy misses a swanton bomb and it allows Guerrero to retain the WWE Championship over Hardy with a frog splash to get the win. But Triple H and Kozlov still demand a title match with Guerrero and even Jeff Hardy. Vickie and Eddie in agreement say that at Survivor Series, Eddie would defend the WWE Title in a Fatal-Four Way Match against Vladimir Kozlov, Jeff Hardy and Triple H. At Survivor Series. Hardy is knocked out in his hotel room and people are accusing Eddie Guerrero of doing it, but Eddie says he had no knowledge of Jeff Hardy being knocked out, Vickie is forced to make the match a Triple Threat Match for the title. Hardy returns late in the match and attacks Eddie, Kozlov and Triple H but Eddie would take advantage of the situation after hitting Hardy with the WWE Championship Belt and then pinning Triple H to retain the WWE Championship. Hardy gets a WWE Title Match at Armageddon against Eddie Guerrero and he wins the WWE Title in a 30-35 minute match against Guerrero for his first WWE Championship after kicking out of 2 frog splashes. Guerrero of course is angry and demands another shot at the WWE Championship in which he gets at the 2009 Royal Rumble by defeating Kung Funaki in a match set up by Vickie Guerrero to mock Jeff Hardy.
2009:
Eddie is now the #1 Contender to face Jeff Hardy for the WWE Championship, but Hardy as WWE Champion is still having trouble by the mystery attacks, this time the mystery attacks go to bad to worse for Hardy as Hardy's car gets severely damaged and Hardy's pyro goes off too many times, the fans are starting to accuse Eddie, and even Hardy's friends are starting to accuse Eddie as well. Eddie defeats R-Truth, Gregory Helms and Matt Hardy to build momentum in his match against Jeff Hardy for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble. Eddie and Jeff agree that their match should be a TLC Match as a way for Jeff to hurt Eddie bad if he was the mastermind behind the attacks. Eddie and Jeff fight for a good 25-30 minutes in that match with Chavo interefering, but it doesn't help. Matt Hardy comes out in support of his brother and many think he's going to help him but instead Matt attacks Jeff with a chair and throws him off the ladder allowing Eddie to win the WWE Championship for the third time. On the post SMACKDOWN edition after the Royal Rumble. Eddie is holding a celebration party with Vickie and La Familia, who used to be Edge's group at that time, but suddenly. The lights go out and the familiar "You think You Know Me" plays, as Edge shows up, And all of La Familia look like they have seen a ghost, Edge has returned to make Vickie Guerrero and Eddie Guerrero's lives miserable. Edge ruins the celebration and attacks La Familia with conchairtos and spears. But does not get at Eddie and Vickie turning Edge into a face in the process. Edge says that the reason he returned is because at Summerslam after being chokeslammed to "hell" by The Undertaker. He learned valuable lessons, not to get under the people's skin, the only people to blame are Vickie Guerrero and Eddie Guerrero for making him the way he was. He should've known Vickie was trouble from the start, and he was not sorry for what he did to Vickie at the wedding. Cause he loved every second of it. Vickie in response punishes Edge by forcing him to take on The Big Show at No Way Out with a stipulation that if Edge won, Edge would earn the right to face the WWE Champion at WrestleMania 25. Eddie retains the WWE Championship in an Elimination Chamber Match retaining against Shelton Benjamin. Jeff Hardy, Vladimir Kozlov, The Undertaker and Triple H. While Edge defeats The Big Show giving him his WrestleMania opportunity to write the wrong against The Guerreros. In a sit-down promo. Edge says that he knows that Vickie did him wrong and he had to know that, Edge says that Vickie was never in love with him, all Vickie still loved and cared for was of course Eddie Guerrero, Edge says that at WrestleMania, he was going to do everything to win the WWE Championship and if he didn't, he'd rather not work for the WWE anymore if he didn't win the title. Vickie then puts her own stipulation that if Eddie does lose to Edge. Vickie will step down as SMACKDOWN General Manager but is confident that her real husband Eddie is going to destroy Edge. Edge wins the WWE Championship in a thrilling 20-25 minute match, second best match of the night. Taker and Shawn are the main event while Orton, Cena and Triple H are both fighting for the World Heavyweight Championship in a Triple Threat Match. After, Vickie's reign of terror on SMACKDOWN is over. Long is brought back as General Manager. Eddie wants the WWE Championship, so the two face off at Backlash with Edge retaining, and the two having a final match at Judgment Day with Tables, Ladders and Chairs with Edge taking the WWE Championship home to RAW and Eddie takes more time off again until returning in December as a babyface in Rey Mysterio's side against Batista.
2010:
Eddie makes his return to aid Rey Mysterio in his feud with Batista, on the New Year of 2010. Batista confronts Eddie and tells Eddie not to interefere in his business. Eddie tells Batista that Batista is more of a coward in what he did to Rey Mysterio at Bragging Rights. Batista informs that the last time he and Eddie were in the ring together, he made Eddie say "I Quit" and he would have no problem doing it again, Eddie then helps Mysterio win his #1 Contendership Match against Batista in a steel cage match, and the match is set for the Royal Rumble, it's Batista taking on Eddie Guerrero. Batista wins the match cleanly after Eddie attempted to hit Batista with a frog splash but Batista wins with a spinebuster and a BatistaBomb, however. Eddie returns to the Royal Rumble Match as the #28 entrant and eliminates the #1 entrant CM Punk who lasts 46 minutes, but as Eddie is in the final eight. CM Punk returns and eliminates Eddie. Punk hits Eddie with a GTS onto the floor. After the Rumble. Punk says that Eddie should've stayed gone but Eddie still wants to come back for more. Eddie wins an Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match defeating Kane and Drew Mcintyre in a Triple Threat Match as does CM Punk as he defeats The Great Khali in a Qualifying Match by countout. Eddie and Punk are in the Elimination Chamber Match, Punk gets his Royal Rumble revenge by eliminating Eddie, but Punk is eliminated by The Undertaker, Punk and Eddie's feud continues with Punk also disrespecting Rey Mysterio's family as well and also disrespecting Rey Mysterio's daughter on her birthday by singing "happy birthday". Eddie's had enough of Punk's disrespect and challenges him to a match at WrestleMania 26 in which Punk accepts. Punk then threatens that he was going to send Eddie back to drugs and drinking after Punk hits him with the G.T.S. Eddie wins in a 10-15 minute match over Punk ending his string of WrestleMania losses. Eddie and Punk continue to feud throughout the spring with the two trading wins. Punk winning at Extreme Rules and Eddie winning at Over The Limit and also shaving CM Punk's head in where the stipulation stated that if CM Punk lost, Eddie would shave Punk's hair. Eddie also gets a chance to challenge for the Intercontinental Championship against Drew Mcintyre. Mcintyre claims that Eddie is a washed up man that should be retired. Guerrero and Del Rio do however face off at Hell in A Cell in a one-on-one singles match with Guerrero trying to teach Del Rio a lesson, but Del Rio defeats Guerrero by making him submit to the cross armbreaker making Alberto a big star in the business. Eddie then is a part of Team SMACKDOWN at Bragging Rights teaming with Rey Mysterio, Edge, Alberto Del Rio, Big Show, Drew McIntyre and World Heavyweight Champion Kane against RAW's Team, The WWE Champion Randy Orton, Sheamus, CM Punk, The Miz, John Morrison, United States Champion Daniel Bryan and Ezekiel Jackson. Guerrero then feuds with Dolph Ziggler cause Dolph is managed by Eddie's wife Vickie Guerrero and Eddie although still loves Vickie, Vickie wants him and Dolph to be a team, but Eddie doesn't want that idea and says although he still loves Vickie, he doesn't think he and Dolph teaming up would work setting up a feud between the two.

So the match is set at Survivor Series, it would be Lesnar taking on Guerrero. This match does not go 30 minutes, this is more like a typical Brock squash although Guerrero does get in a few flurries of offense even hitting the three amigos and two frog splashes followed up by the lying, cheating and stealing ways, but Brock takes Guerrero to suplex city and hits him with the F5 to win the match. Guerrero takes time off again.

Eddie is also part of the "Authority" angle saying that the new Authority sucks and he is being sickened by The Shield. But Eddie gets redemption by defeating Dean Ambrose in a non-title match on the go-home show before Battleground. However he fails to win the United States Championship at Battleground and at Hell in A Cell again, the first is Eddie winning by DQ at Battleground and Ambrose winning at Hell in A Cell. Kane comes out and tells Eddie that he will never defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania and then Kane chokeslams Eddie setting up a match between the two at Fastlane with Eddie doing his lying, cheating and stealing tactics to beat Kane. The Undertaker appears and stands on the stage staring down Eddie. Eddie is confident that he plays mind games on Undertaker in a graveyard by burying The Undertaker's grave with Undertaker's name on it. On the go-home show before WrestleMania on RAW. Eddie says that he has the most respect for The Undertaker, but defeating him is an obstacle and before he retires. He has to shock the world by defeating The Undertaker at WrestleMania, a streak that he didn't want to challenge, but a streak that he's gotta end, because streaks, they don't last forever. Eddie taunts The Deadman throughout the match and gets Undertaker into his skin, the match goes into a 15-20 minute match despite both men in their ages, but it's a good back and forth. Eddie hits 2 frog splashes, but they aren't enough to keep Undertaker down. Taker is finally able to successfully retain his streak and defeat Eddie Guerrero making him 23-0. Eddie is not upset by that, but promises to win the WWE Championship before his retirement, Meanwhile, Seth Rollins has been successfully been on a hot streak since winning the WWE Championship and Eddie has been targeting the WWE Championship since he announced his retirement. Eddie announces that he wants his last WWE Championship Match at Summerslam. Rollins is able to survive Brock Lesnar thanks to intereference from Kevin Owens. Seth and Eddie have a good back and forth match that goes 25-30 minutes. Rollins wins in a cleanly affair after hitting 3 pedigrees after Eddie tells Rollins to "put him down".
Eddie then says that McIntyre that he may be in his 40's. But he still has a lot more years left in the tank. At Fatal-4 Way. Eddie defeats Mcintyre in a one-on-one match to regain the Intercontinental Championship once more for the third time, the title he hadn't worn since May of 2002. Eddie loses the title on the go-home show before Money in The Bank to Mcintyre. Eddie then competes in the SMACKDOWN Money in The Bank Ladder Match but is won by Kane. Eddie tries to win back the Intercontinental Title for the fourth time at Summerslam but loses to Drew Mcintyre again. After, Eddie then feuds with Alberto Del Rio, the man who put Eddie's friend Rey Mysterio on the shelf. Del Rio constantly intereferes in Eddie's matches, they don't fight at Night of Champions, cause Del Rio faces Christian and Guerrero doesn't have a match at Night of Champions. Guerrero does manage to eliminate Jackson, but Punk eliminates Guerrero avenging his hair. Guerrero and Del Rio still continue to feud, and it ends up being a Survivor Series Elimination Match between Guerrero and Del Rio, Guerrero's team survives with Guerrero, Mysterio and Show being the sole survivors of the match with Guerrero pinning Swagger as the final elimination.
2011:
Eddie and Dolph go to have a feud with one another even through the 40-Man Royal Rumble Match with Dolph Ziggler eliminating Eddie Guerrero setting up their match between the two at WrestleMania 27 in the near future. Ziggler costs Eddie a spot in the Elimination Chamber Match against Kane and Eddie does the same thing as Ziggler loses to Big Show. Eddie and Ziggler officially face off at Elimination Chamber with Eddie getting the win over Ziggler, but at WrestleMania 27, Ziggler takes his win back over Guerrero and also at Extreme Rules. Guerrero is traded to the RAW Brand, the first time he competes on RAW since 2011 and on his first night back captures the United States Championship for the third time over Kofi Kingston until dropping the title to Dolph Ziggler at Capital Punishment, Guerrero is also a part of the RAW Money in The Bank Ladder Match and is also involved in the "CM Punk Saga" in where he competes for the WWE Championship Tournament defeating R-Truth and Jack Swagger, and makes it to the finals in where he defeats his friend Rey Mysterio to capture his fourth WWE Championship. Both men shake hands, but after. Eddie would drop the WWE Championship the same night to John Cena. Eddie doesn't let it get to him and is given a re-match the night after Summerslam in which oddly enough, the Championship is worn by Alberto Del Rio who cashed in on CM Punk after the returning Kevin Nash attacked him. Eddie tries to win his seventh World Title and his fifth WWE Championship in a valiant effort, he wins the match by Disqualifaction due to intereference from Ricardo Rodriguez and that sets up the rematch at Night of Champions for the WWE Championship. Eddie again loses to Del Rio thanks to intereference from Ricardo Rodriguez and Eddie takes another absence at the end of 2011.
2012:
Eddie Guerrero makes a surprise return at the 2012 Royal Rumble as the #23 entrant and eliminates Alberto Del Rio who isn't injured, the man who almost put him out of action, Del Rio gets upset and he and Eddie have a pull-apart brawl with one another. Eddie says that Del Rio disrespects the Mexican Culture and disrespects everything in this business. Del Rio and Eddie are both entered in the Elimination Chamber World Heavyweight Championship Match. Eddie eliminates Del Rio, but Eddie is eliminated by Daniel Bryan in the final four. Eddie and Del Rio's backstage fights get so tense, that the two square off at WrestleMania 28 in a "Parking Lot Brawl" Match. It's Del Rio that gets the win after hitting Eddie with a tireiron giving him the win. At Extreme Rules, Guerrero gets his win back by defeating Del Rio in a Steel Cage Match after hitting a frog splash from the top of the cage. Guerrero recaptures his fourth Intercontinental Championship at Over The Limit against Cody Rhodes but drops it on RAW 1000 to The Miz. Guerrero fails to win it back at Summerslam against The Miz again, Guerrero then is the latest superstar that Brock Lesnar targets because both Lesnar and Guerrero have had history, as it was No Way Out 2004 that Lesnar won the WWE Championship over Guerrero and that Lesnar wanted to get revenge on Guerrero.
2013:
Eddie returns on SMACKDOWN the night after the Royal Rumble and wins an Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match against Cesaro. Eddie believes he has one more World Title run in him, he makes it to the final two until he's eliminated last by Jack Swagger. But Ziggler is thrown into the mix cause he wants to cash in his Money in The Bank Briefcase clause making it a Fatal-Four Way Match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Eddie begins to have newfound respect for Alberto Del Rio as well, At WrestleMania, Eddie comes close to winning the World Title for the 7th time, cause he's won 4 WWE Championships, 1 ECW Championship and 1 World Heavyweight Championship and he comes close, but Ziggler's MITB Cash in is successful and he regains the World Heavyweight Championship. Guerrero challenges Ziggler on SMACKDOWN the night after WrestleMania for the World Heavyweight Championship but fails to regain the World Heavyweight Championship thanks to intereference from AJ Lee and Big E Langston, Eddie takes time off once again, but appears in the summer in the Money in The Bank RAW Match alongside Rob Van Dam. Eddie loses keeping the Authority Storyline in check as I have Randy Orton still win Money in The Bank. Eddie and RVD form an alliance to take on Reigns and Rollins for the WWE Tag Team Championship at Summerslam. Eddie and RVD however lose at Summerslam to the newly fresh Reigns and Rollins. Eddie stays and forms a tag team again with Rey Mysterio, the group fails to regain the Tag Team Titles against the Brotherly duo of Cody Rhodes and Goldust at TLC.
2014:
Eddie Guerrero starts off 2014 by defeating Jinder Mahal to advance in the Royal Rumble Match, he enters at #13 and makes it to the final ten until being eliminated by Roman Reigns, one of Roman Reigns's twelve eliminations. Eddie doesn't wrestle at Elimination Chamber, but does feud again with Alberto Del Rio for a while, he is also involved in the Andre The Giant WrestleMania Battle Royal Match and no disrespect to Cesaro, but Eddie deserves this win, he last eliminates Cesaro who was a late entrant in this match and wins the Andre The Giant WrestleMania Battle Royal setting up the feud between Eddie and Cesaro with Paul Heyman as Cesaro's client. Cesaro defeats Eddie at Extreme Rules to get his revenge and at Payback as well, Eddie does wrestle a few matches and is also a part of the vacated WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match at Money in The Bank, he then feuds with the Authority again because of Stephanie's mistreatment to Vickie Guerrero. He takes on the newest member of the Authority, Mr. Money In The Bank, Seth Rollins in where Rollins beats Guerrero in a back and forth match for 15-20 minutes. Guerrero misses Summerslam to take more time off, but returns at Night of Champions to have a feud with Bray Wyatt. Guerrero wins the first match at Night of Champions to Wyatt, but loses to Wyatt on SMACKDOWN 800 and at Hell in A Cell. Guerrero is also a part of John Cena's team against The Authority. I'm replacing Guerrero for Erick Rowan. Guerrero is eliminated after a superkick by Rusev and he leaves to take one more time off.
2015:
On the go-home show before The Royal Rumble, Eddie makes his return by announcing that by the end of August of 2015, he is announcing his retirement. He is at the stage right now where he can't go anymore, but promises that before he retires. He wants to win a WWE Championship before he retires, even if he loses. Eddie doesn't compete in the Royal Rumble Match but decides to challenge The Undertaker's streak at WrestleMania. The Streak is not broken in this Fantasy Booking. Undertaker defeats John Cena at WrestleMania 30, while Brock Lesnar feuded with The Rock and the Wyatts took on The Shield, so that's how it went at WrestleMania 30. Eddie says that all 22 men have tried to beat The Undertaker, but they all failed to defeat him and Eddie believes, he's the one to end the streak, because after all, he lies, cheats and steals. Taker in a promo says that Eddie had dodged him at WrestleMania and that's because Eddie can't beat the streak just like all the others did. Rollins did kick out of 2 frog splashes, but a third pedigree is enough and thus that successfully ends Eddie's 15-year run in the WWE. After the match. Rollins shakes Eddie's hand and Eddie passes the torch to Rollins, the next night on RAW. Eddie does a retirement speech and thanks everyone, the show closes with people chanting "Thank You Eddie" and Eddie drives away in his lowrider for the last time. After, he is announced as one of the entries in the 2016 Hall of Fame, His family induct Eddie into the Hall of Fame and Eddie thanks the fans for supporting him and being by his side every night.
