Honestly, every NXT Takeover card is usually excellent, but this one is exceptional! Super excited for Gargano/Ricochet, Ciampa/Black, War Raiders/Undisputed Era. Belair/Baszler sounds like it could be interesting, even though I'm still waiting to be impressed by Baszler. Not too fussed about Riddle/Ohno.

Honestly, every NXT Takeover card is usually excellent, but this one is exceptional! Super excited for Gargano/Ricochet, Ciampa/Black, War Raiders/Undisputed Era. Belair/Baszler sounds like it could be interesting, even though I'm still waiting to be impressed by Baszler. Not too fussed about Riddle/Ohno. I'm the same tbh. |

I'm blown away by Shayna in-ring and her poise. I guess it's because she's automatically compared to Rousey in my mind.. and Rousey looks so lost and sloppy, Shayna looks like a seasoned veteran by comparison. |

At the tapings they started a feud between Cole and Dream, not sure if they changed their mind or what but it seemed like they were headed towards a takeover match. |

I don't watch nxt except for these takeover shows. So please be gentle, but who the hell is Matt riddle?
And Belair? The chick from the 1st Mae young classic? The hair whipping chick? She gets a title shot? Is she any good or is this just a match to have match?

Matt Riddle was a UFC fighter who was pretty good but refused to stop smoking weed so he couldn't pass UFC drug tests. so he eventually quit UFC and started Indy Wrestling.
I think.
Wiki says he was on Ultimate Fighter 7 and had a 4 match win streak at UFC before being fired.

Think Kurt Angle mixed with Steve Blackman and youāve pretty much got Riddles wrestling style. Belair is good but still needs some polishing so yes the match is just a match but Belair is good. Iād really recommend watching NXT regularly, itās so good. |

I donāt think Wwe intended to push her in the title match this soon but the fans have def been pushing it. She isnāt probably currently the 2nd most over act at Full Sail right now after Dream. |

Those are the 2 obvious omissions from the card. It would make sense to put them together and stack this card. It would definitely have my attention. 6 matches does however seem a bit much for a Takeover. |

Personally, I'm just not a fan of her in-ring style. She makes a good heel bully, I won't deny that. But she just seems to me to depend far too much on MMA style strikes and submissions for my liking. It's possible that I'm being too biased due to my distaste towards MMA, but it seems to me that she rarely does wrestling moves. I think that if you're wrestler, then you should wrestle like a wrestler, rather than continuing to fight like an MMA fighter. Rousey on the other hand does wrestle like a wrestler in my eyes. Just my personal taste. I know some people enjoy the MMA style, but I don't. |

Ciampa vs Black could steal the show, i feel like people are sleeping on it a little bit.
Also really hoping Ohno vs Riddle will be an actual match and not a squash again. Even if he wants to put over the younger talent, Ohno should NOT be getting squashed, he was and still is one of the best wrestlers in the world and should be treated as such.
