I've been on Google for a solid 2 hours trying to find any semblance of a playset I had as a kid but I just can't seem to find any pictures or information that it even existed. I'm pretty sure my parents got it in 1998 or 1999 and it came with 8 3" figures (I think it was Austin, Rock, Kane, Taker, Mankind, HHH, Dogg, Gunn) and came with a mini ring, ladder and couple of weapons and maybe a cage. Possibly bought from a JCPenney catalog. I'm guessing it's either beyond rare or I ate too many Dunkaroos as a kid and my brain is fried but the memory is very much there, I played with it for months on end.

Sounds like the Jakks mini ring sets that came with 6 figures, google WWF Jakks Mini Ring and check. I would guess that you had No Mercy and/or Sudden Threat.

The Mini Ring playset you're thinking of was a Sears Wish Book 1999 exclusive (priced at $19.99). It was called No Mercy but had eight figures rather than the usual six. All of the figures were re-releases, including The Rock and Kane from the Sudden Threat playset.
