Ok to be clear I was referring to wrestlers who pray while they are selling a beating. Ric Flair for example would get thrown off the top rope and after making impact with the mat he would yell "OH GOD!" Or when his offense fails to inflict damage on his opponent he would resort to backing off and kneeling in mercy while praying not to be retaliated against but God clearly ignores. Hilarious stuff.

I think people have totally misread the original post. He's not asking about wrestlers who pray, he's asking about heels who do it when asking their opponents to have mercy on them before they get beat up ala Flair doing it before he'd give them a thumb to the eye.
Jesus people, read things properly.

It's decipherable, what OP meant to convey, but for my money (and based upon the responses here, the money of several others), there's a marked difference between "wrestlers who pray" and "wrestlers who beg/plead for mercy".

Nunzio did a quick Father, Son, Holy Spirit right before he got hit with a last ride lol I loved that. It’s goofy but it’s also fun and adds conviction to reacting to getting beat up.
