My list is favorite or most hated as it might've been, as I grew up. Not necessarily based on their skills. In parentheses is when I became a fan of someone specifically.
Jim Cornette (mid 90s WWF)
Bobby Heenan (Coliseum tapes in Mid-90s)
Ted DiBiase (Million Dollar Corp days)
Sunny (she was more important to my childhood than Liz)
Sensational Sherri (w/ Shawn)
Luna Vachon (w/ Bigelow & Shawn)
Col. Robert Parker (when he was giving Sherri gifts!)
Jimmy Hart (90s WWF & Dungeon of Doom)
Harvey Wippleman (Adam Bomb and BERTHA FAYE!!!)
Bill Alfonso (RVD & Sabu.. daddy!!)
A lot of the managers got big before I began watching, and as a youth I'd never see their prior work. Which effected the way I saw people.

Top Male Managers
1. Bobby Heenan - The greatest manager of all time
2. Freddie Blassie - A legend in the business managed guys like Volkoff/Sheik and a heel Hulk Hogan
3. Jimmy Hart - Who can forget this is the guy that wanted Hulk dead in '90 and would join up with him in '93 lol
4. Capn' Lou Albano - He along with Cyndi Lauper were responsible for the spark of the 80s boom
5. Mr. Fuji - May not be great on the mic, but managed Demolition and Yokozuna, man did he have champs!
6. Slick - I really liked him especially as manager of the Twin Towers
7. Jim Cornette - Wasn't a big fan at the time, but he's up there
8. J.J Dillon - Manager of the Four Horsemen
9. Eric Bischoff - For the nWo for sure
10. Arnold Skaaland - Bruno and Backlund, need I say more?
Top Female Managers
1. Queen Sherri - As much as I "love" Elizabeth (not lusting here brother!), Sherri was perfect as Queen, and was great with Shawn
2. Miss Elizabeth - Her innocence was her gimmick
3. Chyna - With DX, may not be initially great on the mic, but it was her stature that made her menacing
4. Vicky Guerrero - I may not be big on this era, but she had a lot of heat for sure
5. Missy Hyatt - The non-WWF big valet (although she worked in the WWF for a short period)
6. Baby Doll - Another non-WWF big valet
7. Woman - WCW, managed 20 stars
8. Debra - Stone Cold and JJ
9. Sunny - Diva
10. Sable - Diva
