Can someone be serious here and help me with something? When Madden comes out, even with the roster update, the rosters won't be up to date for awhile. Could any of you guys help me trim down the 80 man roster from the Dolphins to 53ish? Some are clear cut to make the roster, but a lot of them are no names and I'm not really sure. I just want it to be as accurate as I can make it for when I start franchise. I heard there's already a roster update from players who got their hands on it early...

tombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombrady Tom Brady is not and never will go down as the greatest QB of all time. I disagree on both ends. The guy is unreal. I really do believe that, at the end of his career, people are going to look back and go, "Wow, he did it all."

tombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombradytombrady Tom Brady is not and never will go down as the greatest QB of all time. That's a suckers bet. If he retired TODAY, he would already be considered one of the greatest. He is still young, and has MANY years to go. He has the potential to shatter records, and win more Super Bowls than any QB in history. There is a lot left to write in his book, and to make a statement like that just makes you look ignorant. I agree he isn't the best ever....yet....but it's probable he will be.

I think you couldnt be any further from the truth. Brady is already considered one the greatest of all time. And he did most of that without a #1 target. Now with Moss, Brady is gonna prove once and for all who is the best of all time.

They are, but it won't be that up to date, like for example Davon Bess and Jayson Foster are looking pretty good, but arent in the game at all. Same with some other guys.

Bess could prove to be their #1 or perhaps 2 behind Ginn.

Brady's in the argument for best ever, as is Favre, Marino, Unitas, Namath, Montana and Manning too but you cant say it definitively until they are all retired.
But to say he wont be considered one of the best is just dumb, he could retire today and you could make a SOLID argument that he is better than everyone on that list.

The only greatest list Joe Namath belongs on is "greatest Jet" or "greatest Super Bowl moment"

The fact that he was drunk and tried to tongue kiss Andrea Kramer on live TV makes him one of the greatest, sorry TRW

You have Elway, Unitas, Bradshaw, Favre, Montana, Aikman, Steve Young and Peyton Manning and I didn't say Brady wasn't a great player, in my opinion Brady is a great player but he won't be considered the greatest QB of all-time but he will go down as a great NFL player.

But explain why those others you listed will go down as some of the greatest, but not Tom Brady. You have no real argument here because their stats will be similar as will titles, and in most cases, Brady has more rings than those guys and hes not done yet

"steve young, troy aikman", there goes your argument.

I don't understand how anyone can "hate" him -- he's the ultimate 'team player' and he steps up when they need him to. He does EVERYTHING he is asked to do as a quarterback. Troy Aikman? Terry Bradshaw? Steve Young? Really? Please tell me what they did that has them above Tom Brady. Please, do explain; because you know it's trash to even suggest that.
