Pennington is still a decent QB though. I would take him over in Oakland.

It's a smart move for the Dolphins. Their qbs were some of the worst ever.

half right Does anybody feel like they could throw harder than Pennington these days? How the hell was I half right? He signed with the Dolphins...that's what I said would happen.

You and half the experts out there, just because people hear it from Chris Mortensen does not give you the right to say "I was right", Miami was the safest bet out of all the teams

Parcells always likes to reach into the past and bring guys he is familiar with into his fold. I wish I could say that Pennington could have success here, but I dont see it. Outside of Ronnie Brown, who is hurt right now, the Dolphins really dont have much else to hang their hat on. 3, maybe 4 wins tops. Could Pennington help in the future? Probably not, considering the Dolphins are 5-6 years away from being any type of threat.

Your predictions arent YOUR predictions, everyone and their mom predicted the Browns to be improved and going towards the playoffs, NO ONE said Colt Brennan would go undrafted...NO ONE...you stated the Jets had a chance at Favre...gee I wonder why BECAUSE IT WAS ALL OVER THE NEWS FOR THE LAST MONTH. These arent YOUR predictions, your future predicting skills arent all that fantastic, these arent bold or anything really special. Frankly, you sound very pompous and arrogant saying "I know a little something" because you know how to jump on what Chris Mortensen or Mel Kiper Jr say and thats about it. The Jets can make the playoffs, sure they can, but they will not win 10 games or be within 4 of the Patriots and if they do make the playoffs, they will lose in the first round very easily. Patriots went 18-1 and lost Asante Samuel and Donte Stallworth and actually got younger on defense....yup, def a team on the decline. I'm sorry....the Browns were'nt picked to make the playoffs...they had Chaz at QB and Derek "Frankenstein" Anderson...they were most certainly not playoff bound.

Bucs looking pretty good so far. Offense could be better, but we don't have our starting QB. Speaking of QB's, Brian look pretty damn good.
Talib is looking great.

You have the Dolphins being a serious threat in 2 years?! Based on what? Parcells? They dont have the physical talent to do so.

It's hilarious how the Jets are selling Favre t-shirts with photoshopped Packers pictures of him in Jets gear.

Well, Matt Ryan looked pretty good tonight. I watched the highlight clip and it looked like his passes were off the mark and surprisingly Roddy White was able to make some good catches. He had great stats......but it looked like White had to work extra hard. Regardless, something for Falcon fans to be happy about.

You can't put Parcells down to a 5-6 year window...when he picks a team he wants immediate results no matter what....I'm also basing it on the fact that no matter what they lost 6 games by a field goal...that's 6 games that could have gone either way...with an "experienced" QB I see them actually getting at least 5-6 wins this season...next season could be completely different as the cap is going to be gone and Parcells could have his pick in free agents.

I dount the highlights showed the good throws he made, since they weren't for touchdowns. But, he already looks like a better passer than Vick.
