So a couple days ago, I get an email from Amazon saying my Prime account is being "held" because my debit card was declined. I know this couldn't possibly be true because I have way more than enough money in there. So I though maybe it was because my debit card expired 1/19. But I have updated to my new card, and made several purchases. Including one where they refunded my account. So I email them and they say they can't talk over email (had to wait a day for response), so I call them 2 days ago. Sure enough lady said it was because they tried running the expired card through. She says give it 24 hours. 36 hours goes by and nothing. So I call again, different lady tells me the same thing that she will get it taken care of. 24 hours has come and gone. I honestly have no idea what to do. I know my buddy has a wedding coming up and I need to buy more stuff. I really don't feel like paying for shipping, when this was their error.
So 2 things is there anything I can do? And have any of you had bad experiences with Amazon, or Amazon Prime?

When you get someone in the phone and they start to give you run around demand to speak to a supervisor. And when you get one one the phone if you cousin enough they'll probably give you some credit. I know Amazon loves to give out credit to upset customers.

I had a card that was declined due to suspicious activity. My bank sent me a new card. It didn't take 24 hrs for Amazon to have my new info ready to go.

Have you tried buying the stuff you need in a shop? It's hard when it's for groomsmen and we are all throughout the world.

Iβve dealt with that before with my Prime account & mainly with buying Amazon e-gift cards. Took a week to get my Prime account back on track & e-gift cards sorted out. Spoke to a supervisor & got it corrected in a matter of mins.

Box was heavily damaged. Seller never replied and now Im out the $279.
...Is What I Would be saying! Haha I didn't read the post man. I bought the DVD on amazon
