I use to typically use spray enamels (testors). I did one custom ring a couple years back and I'm in the middle of one now.
I was using a semi gloss black testors spray, but it's not going on as clean as I thought it would.
Am I better off with acrylic sprays? Do they hold up as good so long as I spray it with clear coat afterwards?
Many thanks for any advice. I bought a bunch of the retro rings after the rumors of it being discontinued, so I'll be working on a few of them in the coming weeks.
