Looking for some advice on getting an Elite signed. Do people usually use paint pens instead of sharpies now?

Yes, but I would ask LuisTX which brand he uses as he gets figures signed all the time.

Sharpie paint pen. Most wrestlers have them with them now as well for signings.

Make them sign it in blood, that way you don't need to take the awkward picture that proves it's a real signature.

The only thing I will get signed with a sharpie are photos, and maybe a poster if I'm getting a lot of people signed on it, like my #WrestleMania 25 poster with like 50+ names on it, just waiting to get Triple H on it, then I'll frame it. As for figures, I've tried Sharpie paint markers, Primacolor Paint Markers, but for me, the best are the DecoColor paint markers, and I usually use just the broad tip markers since the fine tip doesn't come out much thinner. And I don't use silver anymore because that color is so hit or miss. Also when on display, colors like white and yellow pop better.

Meet the person in real life and ask them for an autograph.
