I'm still torn on whether to pick her up or not. First, I hate Ronda Rousey. If you hate her, then wheres the dilemma? Dont buy it. I hate her too and am never going to pick up her figs and support her. Easy peasy, lemon squeazy.

I could care less about the packaging in all honesty. Sometimes less is good. I normally would agree but not when the figure is going to retail for $30+. The damn thing better POP!

Packaging looks nowhere near as good and classy as the Defining Moments & Hall of Fame lines. Also, I don't understand why they've gone back to angled edges for the boxes.
Mattel could have easily posted different design ideas/photos for the packaging on here to gauge people's opinions on what they liked/disliked or what could be improved etc. The Packaging they've chosen doesn't scream "Ultimate" to me.
Warriors torso looks a little better/tighter than in previous photos but i'm still not digging it.
One of Rousey's facescans looks filtered/photoshopped and it looks like her face is melting.
What's with the really cheap looking cloth outfits these days? Look at the difference at Defining Moments Warrior's robe over this ultimate one, it's night and day. Mattel constantly cheaping out is frustrating.
Mattel's choices could kill the line before it even has the chance to get into it's groove.

That packaging is pretty garbage, not really into the figures either. That Warrior torso is still so awkward & Rousey's neck is longer than Pete Dunne's title reign.
Interested to see what they do for Bret & Shinsuke but won't get them, i don't think this line will last long.

They look cool but I could care less about Ultimate Warrior or Rousey.
I’ll pick them up if they make Sami Zayn, NXT guys and almost any member of the women’s division.

Personally, I love these... sure, the packaging is a bit "meh", but the figures themselves are awesome. I can't believe some people are saying they're "trash" etc... just goes to show how spoilt we are with action figures these days.

I personally don't mind the figures I think they look good. The packaging is something I personally don't pay much attention to I just want the figure.

I’d just like to see how functional the ab articulation is.

The problem is actually that there went zero budget from anything into the figures. The Defining Moments Flair Robe wipes the floor with this 3 cent worth of Chinese fabric thing that the Warrior comes with. Neither DM Flair attires or robes had any deco. Warrior’s duster is covered from top to bottom and all over with artwork. His attire has detailed deco. He has two heads both with face paint. And he comes with an extra set of hands and several more points of articulation. Clearly the budget went into the figure. Flairs robe has way more detail, the inside is a completely different material, shiny and just looks expensive. This 3 cent worth of fabric on the warrior comes with a huge print, yes, but that's exactly that, one single, simple, huge print, probably worth another 2 cent, then someone cuts it out. There is zero budget in this. Just printing one huge picture on the cheapest material available isn't expensive, that's the easiest and cheapest thing possible, no matter if the picture is highly detailed, it's just one simple print. Also, hands are not an argument, everyone comes with extra hands these days. And the extra head, first of all, both heads look like they had the budget of 1 head that they had to share. The hair is awful and inaccurate and the facescan is mediocre at best. Nobody asked for that stupid second head anyway. And instead of expensive single tassels on his legs, he comes with one huge plain plastic thing around his legs. Where exactly is the "budget" here? Yes he has tussels on other places, but this crap looks just cheap and bad. If you do a 10 bucks more expensive Ultimate premium line then do it right for God's sake. I'm sorry but there are 8-9 year old undercard elite figures that have more detail and look more expensive than this Warrior or the Ultimate figures in general. I really don't know how you can say you can see the extra budget here. It looks like they made the entrance attire cheaper and the head development cheaper to justify the extra head and hands instead of really putting more budget into this. We are paying 10 bucks more and he just doesn't look like he uses that extra money, at all.

These won't last 10 series.

With a price tag of over $30 I don’t see these lasting much longer than the rebooted entrance greats did.

These won't last 10 series. Right! Unfortunately, nothing last 10 series (excluding elites and basics)

Packaging looks too sci-fi to me, but eh.
The neck on that Ronda isn't too long...the problem is it has a frikkin pin head. I hope those are just awful camera angles making the proportions look like crap. The jacketed version looks especially awful for the same reason, the proportions are off.
Warrior is very pretty, he has lovely Val Kilmer/Robocop 3 lips lmao
But seriously, how is it that Ronda has a flawless transition between upper and lower torso but they couldn't get it right for Warrior? The muscle tone offers a great opportunity to create an irregular rim so it doesn't look so artificial. I'm an amateur and even I can do it, that's why I get particularly frustrated with stuff like that.
And while we're complaining about stuff we're gonna buy anyway lol:
@mr. #1derful Yeah, I have major doubts the range of movement will be any good. None of the Ronda pics show anything encouraging. Plus I recently got some of Mattel's DC female figures, yet another letdown in terms of the ab joint.

I was leaning toward not getting Rousey anyway, but that packaging is not appealing at all. As an MOC collector I think I'm gonna have to look at this line differently than elites. Only go for who I REALLY want, and hell maybe I won't even collect MOC for this line to make the $30 seem worth it if I don't like the packaging. Gonna have to play it by ear.

I really do not collect much any more, but that Warrior is awesome. I agree with many of you guys about the packaging. I think they could have maybe had the Halloween Havoc stage as the background of the box, the whole series would have been cool had the background been a moment where the character actually wore that attire.
The jacket looks awesome, they should have posed him in the box like the CS 12 Warrior variant. I hate to sound like a cheap skate, but why are these higher priced? is it becasue of the extra hands and head? As much as I love the Warrior, I have the Elite SummerSlam 92 Warrior and the Defining Moments one and I do not see what extra detail is on this.
Any word on if these are coming to the UK?
