She's very over - she's been the focal point of SD/Raw since Survivor Series, she won the Royal Rumble, is main eventing WM, and all the attention is well justified.

She's certainly over but not as much as she was 5-6 months ago.
As folk have said, the whole build for Mania was absurd; I'm all for out there ideas and even overbooking but it needs to at least make sense: the build just didn't and seemed like they were stalling alot of the time and trying to throw everything at the wall and see what stuck.

She hardly got any reaction at all when she won.

Could go down to a number of reasons though; an open arena automatically takes away alot of the sound, then add in the fact that alot of the audience did leave due to length and then the abrupt/possible botch ending, no one knew how to react at first.

I'd say Kofi overtook her as the most over. How long that will last remains to be seen, as the fans are FICKLE!

This convoluted storyline absolutely diluted her and overexposed her. She was never more over than she was right before Survivor Series, which is exactly why it should've been one on one. Her popularity has waned particularly since they started with the apology angle where they made her look like an idiot by getting all pissed off and insulting the bosses who told her exactly what to do to get her shot. It got worse with the addition of Charlotte followed by the fake injury, and confounded even further by the insane hype for the first ever women's Wrestlemania main event. Everything since the Rumble has been the professional wrestling equivalent of sensory overload. It's not really her fault, but there is definitely a such thing as too many obstacles, especially as contrived as the obstacles became. I can only speak for myself, but I'm getting sick of her, kind of to Charlotte levels. That may change, but that's where I'm currently at.
