So Professional Wrestling has had oddball, unfair, and just plain weird matches since the dawn of the sport.
We've come a long way from Tag Matches being the oddity of the evening, but the one ring circus that we know, (and sometimes can't believe we love)
has had no shortage of matches we couldn't believe actually happened or have proven to be some of the most random matches that virtually no one would ever think to book or think sensible to book.
One example is a Six-Man Texas Death Match I saw advertised on a poster from the early 70s.
Some of the entrants were Gorilla Monsoon, Tarzan Tyler, & Crazy Luke Graham, Lou Albano and two others. I'm digging through my old clippings looking for the official line-up. The Stipulations were hilariously convoluted.
