Interesting, any further details? Or just the photo? Was wondering if he would be carded inside the ring packaging? Just loose? Any other extras? Maybe that belt we say a few months back? |

I was wrong, Brother Love is seriously coming with a ring. A pinkish-purple ring that I have no use for. Seriously, Mattel... we just got a Retro ring a couple months ago... Interesting, well I don't need Brother Love or a weird ring, so guess that's an easy pass for me. Haven't seen this ring yet, is it meant to look like the ring when he would do the BL show in the ring? Like at Mania 5? My guess would be the Survivor Series based on the colour, and it ties-in with him appearing with The Undertaker maybe? |

A purple/pink ring? Man…I just don’t know. I would probably buy it out of FOMO and because I am a completist but another ring in a less desirable color feels like a bit of a miss to me.

Many of the hardcore, adult fans are open to the idea of customizing and plenty of customizers will be willing to buy the rings second hand on Ebay in order to create King of the Ring and other custom rings. Will I buy the ring just to get the Brother Love? Sure will. I must say, though, that I cannot think of anyone demanding a fictional Brother Love themed wrestling ring. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. A WCW or ECW ring would have made a lot more sense.

Depending on price point/further details, I'd probably buy one and resell the figure and keep the ring for some sort of custom. Hot pink would probably make for a good Bret Hart or Ultimate Warrior ring maybe? |

Agree! Great Brother love figure, weird colour for the ring. If it comes with a championship belt i’ll be getting it. I really don’t need another Undertaker so hopefully it will be an original tooled debut ring gear version with removable Hat and Coat

I like the ring, but I’m confused. I’m color blind. Is it Royal Rumble? Is it Survivor Series? Do we know for sure that Brother Love comes with the ring? Why is the book of love as long as his legs? Will Ringside still get retros?
They better show more figs. The Shawn Michaels set blows, so I hope the next one makes up for it. And I’m gonna freak out if they don’t show a heel Jake.

I think that may be just a display ring, no logos etc.
Who are we thinking? Lots of room for minimum full set and a teaser!
I'm seriously thinking Survivor Series debut Taker, and Heel Jake.
That colour ring slots in with the packaging on the Yankeem and Lawler set.

What's the glass/acrylic stand thing that Brother Love is standing on? Are those the Ringside stands?
Strange choice with a purple/pink ring. Any chance that it's meant to represent the reddish/pink glow when the Brother Love show segment would happen? Or are they just making a bunch of different colored rings?

Some have speculated online that it could be a Royal Rumble ring since the earlier editions sort of had that colour, but I always imagined a Royal Rumble ring as red and a Survivor Series ring as purple (though a darker purple than this one), so Survivor Series is still my bet.
We'll kind out soon anyway.

I can't see it being Survivor Series, looks like there's just a plain WW logo sticker in center, unless there's an alternate decal like with the black ring. I would never think Survivor Series with a bright magenta color though, I would think black or maybe orange.
Royal Rumble, I usually think of purple since it's the color of royalty and sorta the ring apron color for the classic years. Though maybe you could say it could have been pinkish too, so I guess RR could be a better fit than SS at least.
Guess we'll hopefully find out today.

I am okay if they make it a Royal Rumble themed ring but would strongly argue that was closer to maroon or a deep purple (not the band).

Backlund will have the belt, I've said before that he is the only retro or hasbro left not to be made who held the winged belt!
I'm going to go for a set of Brother Love, Debut Taker, Gooker, Jake.
Backlund and another Bret as teaser.
