I received my series 8 set today, finally made it to the UK  I ordered two sets, so they set me the packing box with all eight of them. Can confirm as others have said that there are two of each figures, so Shiek isn't short-packed - I guess he was just more popular with customers. Despite being in the box, the cards weren't in perfect condition but not too surprising at this stage. One set will be opened anyway but judging which one to keep MOC will require a bit of judgement. Curious to see what the release date will be for Series 10 - September ? A Tweet back in February from a UK seller had dates for series 7-10 reaching over here, which seems to have held true pretty much. They had series 9 down for late-May/June time, so the UK is about 6-8 weeks behind, meaning the series 10 date of late-Aug/early Sept might mean an early-July US date? Hopefully that means we will get more releases in the second-half of the year, but we have been through droughts of many months before with this line. |

Saw that the pegs at my local Target were updated in pricing and they actually sold 2 of the 8 they got in a few days ago. Good sign so far.

Happy to see in the video that the Goldust wig is in fact removeable-looks awesome without it too. Thankfully only a Series 7 HBK and Sheamus left at my Target since I was last there when they stocked. I have a feeling the dust on the Sheamus will start collecting dust though lol. My other Target that only ever had Series 3 is down to one Rollins. So hopeful they do the Series 4 or 5 restock and not just jump to Series 7.

Agree, looks sloppy at least the ones you opened ugh. Where is the QC on this? Shouldn't be any excuse for that.

I got Goldust and Samoa Joe this week from Ringside. They look pretty good but their necks are invisible. I might have to boil/pop and raise their heads up to help.
Also, if anyone collects the Scan Numbers for the game that the figures come with, I have Samoe Joe, Goldust, Jeff Hardy and the Iron Sheik. PM me for them.

I received my series 9 orders from ringside today. I have to say I am happy we've gotten this many waves even as it is so hard to find them in stores. I have to rate my series 9 a 5/10. Goldy and Randy look great. Samoa Joe looks like Steve Buscemi from Mr Deeds. I don't know if they were trying to give him a menacing look, but it's not working close up. Macho, the one I was most excited for, let me down the most. Take a look at the photos and you will see why. They must have rushed this figure and I pre ordered 2 sets after not being able to track down a 2nd NWO Macho to be safe. Macho's glasses on one are missing paint and all jacked up. The one I kept on card is just sloppily done. Samoa Joe has a bad paint job on his rear and elbow.  Looks like I'm not the only one who's Samoa Joe's eye look weird. |

I’m glad the internet wasn’t really a thing during the hasbro era. “Why does Bret look like he’s squeezing out a dump?! Cmon Bill, answer us!”
I don’t even blame them for sticking a shirt on Samoa Joe to save money. It reminds me of Roddy Piper’s Hasbro. At the time I thought “what use is this?” So I had Piper do commentary “look at the size of that HAM HOCK!” But now I’m ok with it. Having said that, a Piper in ring gear retro? Bring it on.

And to piggy back this, rsctrevor, any chance that a Ringside Exclusive could be something like a formal release of Rhythm & Blues Greg Valentine? Maybe a different move, but something that wouldn't appeal to mass audiences but the collectors would find neat. Wait?! Is there a retro Piper coming? |

I hate the picture they used for somoa joe on the series 9 packaging. It takes away from the blue look the other have. Poorly produced.
