(1-5, 5 being the best): 5 2) What were you looking forward to or most excited to see at this event?: the whole card! 3) What did you like most about this event?: savage & demolition winning the belts 4) What did dislike most about this event?: double DQ for hulk/andre match, and the draw in rude/jake match, and it giving dibiase/gang bye's, bigelow counted out in 2 mins 5) What coulda/woulda have made this event better to/for you?: savage/steamboat rematch, hulk or andre continuing in tournament a) best match: savage vs dibiase b) worst match: omg vs bigelow (too short) c) fav match: warrior vs herc, islanders/bobby vs bulldogs/koko **Final Thoughts**: MAN, another absolute stellar event! what a stacked card, 4 hrs was so awesome! every match meant something. a title match, a tourney match, or a major fued match, and a battle royal. no filler matches at all. this was the golden era of wrestling! |

PPV/Supercard Talk #11: Wrestlemania 4

2) What were you looking forward to or most excited to see at this event?: The Tournament
3) What did you like most about this event?: Savage winning the WWF Title
4) What did hate most about this event?: A lot of matches they didn't need and were over in 5 minutes or so
5) What could/would have made this event better to/for you?: Maybe having an 8 man tournament for the title to have longer matches, Savage vs. Steamboat 2 (Steamboat thought that was going to happen and was happy to repay the favor to Savage for the previous WM).
a) best match: Savage vs. DiBiase
b) worst match: hard to say, there were quite a few short matches that seemed unnecessary rather than bad
c) fav match: Savage vs. DiBiase or Demolition vs. Strike Force
**Final Thoughts**: Would have been cool to see a Steamboat vs. Savage rematch from WM3, this time with Savage going over.

5) What could/would have made this event better to/for you?: Steamboat v Savage II
a) best match: Savage v DiBiase
b) worst match: Can’t think of any terrible matches
c) fav match: Savage v DiBiase
**Final Thoughts**: Overall it’s still a good mania, just not Mania III or V.

2) What were you looking forward to or most excited to see at this event?: The tournament
3) What did you like most about this event?: The fact that someone other than Hogan won the title
4) What did hate most about this event?: Some of the tournament outcomes. I mean come on, couldn't they have had Steamboat go over Valentine so it could be Savage vs Steamboat again? Probably wouldn't have been as good as their match a year earlier, but still good and it would have been interesting as babyface vs babyface
5) What could/would have made this event better to/for you?: IF the tournament was booked better
a) best match: The main event
b) worst match: Bigelow vs One Man Gang
c) fav match: Battle Royal and Strike Force vs Demolition
**Final Thoughts**: A lot of people say this wrestlemania was boring, but overall I enjoyed it. I wish I watched this time period as it happened.

2) What were you looking forward to or most excited to see at this event?: Everything!
3) What did you like most about this event?: The tournament
4) What did hate most about this event?: Brutus Beefcake not winning the IC Title
5) What could/would have made this event better to/for you?: Brutus Beefcake winning the IC Title
a) best match: Randy Savage vs. Ted Dibiase in the finals for the WWE Title
b) worst match: Bam Bam Bigelow vs. One Man Gang
c) fav match: Brutus Beefcake vs. Honky Tonk Man for the IC Title
**Final Thoughts**: I rented this Wrestlemania tape more than any other tape when I was a kid. Every time it was at the variety store in town, I would rent it. I couldn't get enough of it. Actually, about a month ago, the WWE Network channel was streaming Wrestlemania IV, and I chose to sit through it all and watch it just because of how much I love this event. I remember it coming on two VHS tapes too! Which meant so much more wrestling action than usual. So as a kid, I loved that! This event gets a solid 5 out of 5 for me!

4) What did hate most about this event?:We didn't get Savage/Steamboat 2
5) What could/would have made this event better to/for you?:Some of the tournament matches being longer
a) best match:Savage/DiBiase
b) worst match:Bam Bam/OMG
c) fav match:To me it's a close one between Steamboat/Hammer and Savage/Hammer. I really enjoyed both these matches
**Final Thoughts**:Like III, This is a Mania I can watch all the time and never get tired of it. I loved the tournament!
