Watching the Raw Feb 24th 2003 episode. This is the episode where Jericho and Christian handcuff Test to the rope and Jericho holds Stacy in the Walls of Jericho. Man, it was hard to watch. Listening to Stacy 'cry' and plead saying "He's hurting me" broke my heart.
At my age (35) and as many years as I've watched wrestling it is often times hard for me to suspend disbelief and react the way the 'script' hopes I will. This instance got me. Man, I felt so bad for Stacy and Test and I found myself wanting to knock Jericho's head off.
I made this thread to ask each of you to tell of a moment or angle that totally sucked you in like you were a kid again.

I would have just turned 11 years old when that happened.

Shawn throwing Marty through the barber shop window. I was 12 at the time and just started watching WWF. Iβd been well schooled about the βfakenessβ of wrestling and was really confused. I was worried for Shawn thinking heβd taken things to far and would get in a lot of trouble.

This might be too recent for the thread, but remember when Brock got pissed by the UFC and then a few days later a couple of wrestlers were suspended (excluding Brock)? Yeah I bought into the theory that the suspensions were to cover for Brock.

Right to Censor. I used to go blind with rage whenever their "music" hit. I also remember really hating Triple H in 99/00.
On the opposite end, I remember the build to Mania XX. No Way Out was coming up and I asked my brother how'd they get to Goldberg vs Lesnar when Brock had the belt and they were on two different shows. I remember my brother saying to me "who says Eddie is going to lose against Brock?" The smile that came on my face was huge and I marked out at even the thought.

Jake Roberts slapping Elizabeth at Tuesday In Texas. Worked so well even Liz's family was mad at Randy for allowing Jake to slap her.

I thought the Shawn head kick was real! They did a good job with that. Someone recently asked Cornette about this on his podcast, and asked if they panicked when it happened. Corny was so excited to still have fooled someone that he refused to answer.
