I don’t think he would have had that much to give by then. Sure he still looked to be in great shape, but his style of wrestling had to have taken a toll on his body over the years. He could have put on Ric Flair style matches. Kick, chop, rest hold, low blow, finishing move.

Also would have given Waltman & Show something to do..... the nWo for me was always Bischoff Hogan Hall Nash Savage Waltman Giant Vincent Disciple Steiner Bagwell Hennig anyone else outside of this was meh....

I would like that aspect. I would have liked to see him get a win over Hogan as well Agreed. He was a 6 time champion (2 in WWF, 4 in WCW) and each time he either lost the title to Hogan or Flair, he got wins over Flair but it would have been nice for him to get a win over Hogan.

If Macho could go in 2002, I would have loved to have seen him against Angle.

There was a rumor of a match between him and Hogan for WM XX but obviously nothing ever came of it. It would've been a good end to his career if he did get a clean win over Hogan.
I also wouldn't mind if he had another run in the booth. I enjoyed his run in 93/94.

I think that he should have returned in 97 when he left wcw for that short time period he could have been able to get that feud against Shawn Michaels that he always wanted to do but I'd say if he had returned in 2002 he would have been a member in the nwo invasion angle along with the other 3 then probably would have been the leader after the Hogan WrestleMania face turn

I don't take anything he says seriously. He would probably say some BS lie like Pastanmania was actually a success but I couldn't afford the Mall rent

I gotta think he would've been involved with Hogan in someway. Maybe instead of Edge, we could've got a Mega Powers reunion that Summer with them defeating Christian/Storm for the belts. I HATED his ''What up Mach?'' gimmick during the end of WCW. Imagine a brief WWF comeback with him coming out in his colorful attire with pomp and circumstance blaring. Yeah, I really hated that run too. I guess he changed his look/style/got back on the gas, because of his injuries and not being able to do his old style of ring work. To be honest, I'd have much prefered if that were the case, that he just become a commentator for WCW at that point. Still kept his cool look he had in the mid 90's and maybe wrestled a handful of times per year like he did in the later part of his WWF run.
