This line could be an awesome one if sales do well enough for it to continue! Lucha Libre figures needed more representation. Hopefully La Parka or L.A Park can be made.

this is a an amazing line btw i hope we see stuff from lucha underground but i doubt that because most of the talent are either signed to wwe or aew

I am super excited about this line, but I am afraid of how it will do. Seeing the interview with the guy in the Hawkins/Ryder vlog, a lot seemed uncertain regarding release dates and where to buy the figures as far as retailers go. I hope the best for the line! I would love a lot more luchadores!
I am hoping we get Psycho Clown, El Elegido, Cibernetico, Chessman, Intocable, Alan Stone, Super Calo, Big Mami, Pagano, Dr. Wagner Jr., L.A. Park, Faby Apache, El Apache, El Zorro, Blue Demon Jr.!

I am super excited about this line, but I am afraid of how it will do. I don't know if Masked Republic has Dr. Wagner Jr. signed yet, but I know the guy who runs it is trying really hard to get as many big names as he can under their umbrella. Keep an eye on who they book for Expo Lucha this year, it might be a good gauge of who they can get signed or who they have signed. A Collector/Elite style Juventud would be amazing too but I'm happy we're getting the Fanaticos/Basic style one at least. The FTC figure, while probably their best figure, is still not great and we're VERY long overdue for a good Juvi figure. I know Black Taurus is signed with them too and maaaaaaan give me a figure of that guy. |

Any news on this line or the release of series 1? They're still hoping to have series 1 out in the summer. Obviously the pandemic has put a hold on things. They're also planning on having the Konnan/Lady Maravilla wave up for preorder this summer as well. |

I hope this line really truly does make it and last beyond three series! We definitely need some lucha guys in our collections: LA Park, Juvi, Pyschosis, Wagner, Blue Demon Jr., Santo Jr., Mil Mascaras, etc. Well I wouldn't hold out for LA Park due to his history with Masked Republic. El Hijo del Santo and Mil are probably unlikely as well. Masked Republic does work with Juvi and Blue Demon Jr, and Juvi is getting a basic style figure in the Fanaticos line from Boss Fight (artwork was shown at NYTF). Wagner's done some stuff with Masked Republic before, he's probably a 40/60 shot at this point. Masked Republic told me Perro Aguayo and El Hijo del Perro Aguayo figures are coming, but given how everything was pushed back I'm not as optimistic that we'll see them in 2021 as I was when they told me about them. |

LA Park the original La Parka, is a complete nut when it came to licensing his name. There was a guy that was his agent in the US that made him go really over the top with that. Anyone that used to sell the La Parka masks online they used to send cease and desist for copyright infringement. His history speaks for itself.
Most of the top Lucha guys like Mil are a little tougher but if the right dollar amount will come his way Mil will sign a deal. They still want to keep themselves relevant these guys will live and die with their masks.
I can't wait for the Fanaticos line want to get the set, Taya will go great next to my John Morrison.
Vampiro is a 100% no as well
The figures do look good have to still order Pentagon and the accessory packs.

Saw on the first page the original tweet they sent out it says playsets and rings. Wonder if they plan to do a six sided ring or a traditional 4 sided one? Also wonder what type is playsets they have up their sleeves?
