This is the second time I have ordered figures from Target.com and it is also the second time they arrived EXTREMELY DAMAGED. And it was not damaged in shipping because the boxes were just fine. I ordered the Red Rooster Elite and The Shark Elite. Both literally looked like something they pulled out of the garbage and sent to me. The front plastic was extremely scratched up like they had been intentionally dragged across the floor. The backs were literally caved in so bad that they were pushing the figures against the front. And the tops were both bent up and caved in as well. Also, this seems to be an ongoing issue with many customers who report the same thing. Just wanted to let everyone know to be careful and try to avoid Target.com if possible.
I would be happy to post pictures, but seems that i cant from my phone. If anyone knows how to post pics from a phone then i will be happy to show the figures.

There’s plenty of websites you can use to upload pictures and then use the links they provide to post it here. I use tinypic.com
It suck to get bad packaging like that though. My experiences from ordering online Target have all been great, but that certainly doesn’t mean it’ll be great for everybody all the time.

This not new unfortunately. I have ordered figures at least 30 times since Christmas from Target and about 33% arrive beat up, mailing boxes are fine. Companies have fill rates to meet when doing online orders. Workers send what ever is in front of them, whether beat up or not.

I've gotten probably around 20 figures/Pops from Target most of the time they come in great shape but the two or three times they didn't they was destroyed but if you get in touch with them they will fix them if they have more. I ordered two SDCC Asuka Pops last year they came in bad shape but they send me two new ones and told me to keep the rough ones for my trouble.
If anybody doesn't have one and buys a lot from Target.Com you can get free shipping when you get a Red Card saves alot of money on shipping.
