When that mold first came out, the first thing I thought of was Insurrection 2003 when Teddy Long had to team up in a match and he came out in a t shirt and trackies and he was so skinny I was actually scared a move would break him. I’d have loved to seen a teddy long figure in that attire with that mold, haha.
BTW, I know I haven’t contributed anything towards your question but that was the first thing I thought of.

I think the entire mould of that figure was made exclusively for Delaney.
I was nice to see a complete stand alone figure that didn't share parts with other wrestlers.

They would have to rework the torso and/or leg molds to make it work for anyone else. The rubber pieces that make it appear his straps are pulled down is a spacer in a sense and if removed would leave a gap in the middle. Back in the day I tried to use it for a custom and noticed that.
