What do you think CM Punk's 2014 would've been like had he stayed?
- I think he would've beat Triple H at WrestleMania XXX and disappeared for 4-5 months
- Returns at SummerSlam and aids Daniel Bryan after he loses to Brock Lesnar
- Punk vs Bryan inside Hell in a Cell (whoever wins faces Brock at Survivor Series), Punk wins
- Brock beats Punk at Survivor Series
- Punk vs Bryan at TLC in a TLC match, Bryan wins and faces Brock at the Royal Rumble, but Punk finds his way in by beating Bryan on Raw in a last chance match
- Brock defeats Punk and Bryan at the Royal Rumble

He was over rated and believed his own internet hype. Honestly, I am glad he's gone. He wasn't anything special.

Lets be honest. Punk was the best of his era and with the amount of talent that have arrived over the past 5 years he most likely would've got lost in the shuffle.

I could see Punk easily sliding down the card. Not necessarily to mid-card status but something similar to say, current Owens or Sami. I'm also not convinced he'd get another major title reign. Maybe a heel run against Yes Bryan. After that? I bet he's fed to Reigns and/or feuds with Big Cass. Punk got when the gettin' was good. |

difference with punk and the current crop is that Punk is one of the best talkers in wrestling history. his mouth is what got him to the top and it’s what I’d see keeping him there.

I could have seen him having some fantastic matches with the up and comes from NXT but slipping down the card while doing so.
