There are these new MOTU statues that look like figures but are not figures (due to the contract the Four Horsemen has with Mattel). However, they look AWESOME! They are so close to figures that they have the name “Static Actions” or “Stactions”. Here are MOC pics of wave 1. The pic below doesn’t do them justice see www.mwctoys.com/REVIEW_072705b.htm for loose pics, reviews, and displays with actual figures. The only stores carrying these are Suncoast. I'm definately getting the Hordak today. Also, there's an exclusive Randor hand numbered to 2000: upcoming: Wave 2: - Grizzlor - Stinkor - Clamp Champ Wave 3: - Sorceress - Mantenna - Tung Lashor

I'm a huge MOTU mark, and we have all of wave 1 here, but they're 3x the price of the figures. I just can't afford this now.

My hell....If they had only made the characters easy to find on the store shelves we wouldnt have to deal with little statutes we would have the real figures. Mattel are a bunch of bags and they did the same crapwith the Batman line. Mattel sucks!

Hordak looks sweet, but $20 for a statue just is not worth it.

It's 2X a CS, or the price of a CS2p, or about the price of a shipped Internet exclusive at RSC. I picked up Hordak. Will definately pick up Sorceress and Stinkor, not sure about the rest. Though they all look damn good

No, in Canada they're 3x the price. MOTU figs were $8.95 and these are $29.99.

Yeah, appearenlty they're easy to customize, but when I'm spending that much money I don't want to have to mess with the figures.

Yea they were designed so that fans would be able to customize the articulation.
Personally, I would never ever be able to work up the courage of customizing them. I’m too scared to even try changing the head of an RA figure.
They’re a tad expensive but hey still look awesome. And the price isn’t too bad when you consider how expensive statues normally are. IMO the price of an RA IE at RSC for one of these isn’t too shabby.

I dont watch or collect MOTU figures but those all look really cool. The painting and everything is very well done.

I really wish this series had continued. I miss them. I have all of the actual figures released.

I would love to pick them up. I saw them laast week at Media Play, here in Colorado. My problem is I don't have anywhere at home to display them. If I'm paying that much for something I would like to display them. I might get them while I can and figure out the rest later.
