Great question, a ECW title reign? feuds with RVD, Sabu, and The Big Show. Maybe even, Cm Punk. A renewed rivalry with Beniot, Edge, and maybe Taker. Then, a feud with Batista. Throw in couple more matches with Cena and Orton. Although, Angle wasn't healthy state. So, this could lead to some problems. I would dig Angle and Jeff Hardy.

I'd guess it'd go something like this...
*Assuming RVD still got suspended*
- Big Show would win the title and beat Sabu at Summerslam
- Angle would chase the title after Summerslam but get shut down by the Big Show/Paul Heyman alliance
- Angle would be in the Chamber instead of Lashley, Angle would win the Title there.
- Royal Rumble would be Angle vs Test, Angle retains
- Angle would be in the Battle of the Billionaires match at WM, ultimately shaving Vince's hair with Trump.
- Angle would feud with Lashley after WM through to the draft, Angle would drop the title to Lashley at One Night Stand
- Angle & Benoit would swap in the draft, Angle back to SD & Benoit to ECW
Smackdown
- Angle would immediately target Edge on his first night, inserting himself in the World Title picture
- Batista would phase out into a small feud with Khali while Angle/Edge feuded through NOC & GAB
- Angle would beat Edge at GAB for the title
- Edge would get his rematch at Summerslam but Batista would enter back in after beating Khali
- Angle retains at Summerslam pinning Edge, Edge is out of the title picture and into a feud with Kane (For cashing in on Taker)
- Angle/Batista feud through Unforgiven, No Mercy & Cyber Sunday
- Undertaker & Edge would finish their feuds with Henry & Kane at Cyber Sunday, then enter back in the title picture for Survivor Series, making it a Fatal 4 Way - Angle, Batista, Edge & Taker. Undertaker would win the title.
- Fatal 4 Way Rematch for Armageddon inside Hell in a Cell. Edge would win with the help of the Edgeheads
2008 Angle would enter the Rumble, compete in the Smackdown Elimination Chamber, enter MITB at WM & get drafted to Raw.

Very little lads. His body was quite literally falling apart....I think he may not have been with us today had he stayed. He was in really bad shape....

I could see Angle's stock lowering had he stayed past 2006. He was in ECW and aside from Punk and Van Dam, I could see him being wasted in matches with the likes of Big Show and Rene Dupree. Maybe even lead a stable like The New Breed which would have been below him. Maybe a feud with Lashley.
In between all that I could see him regularly on the injured list due to his health issues.
