My sister once told me - "It's so stupid when guys change characters and nicknames so drastically. Like that guy... He used to be 'Double J' Jeff Jarrett. Now he's 'Y2J'. How come?"
I then explained that Chris Jericho and Jeff Jarrett were, in fact, two separate people.

Somehow, during the summer of 5th and 6th grade (circa 1995), I was convinced that wrestling was scripted, but that the moves were real. The outcomes were all pre-determined, but that each wrestler got paid according to what moves they took. Get hit in the head with a punch? $100. Get DDT'd? $400. Take a signature move? $1000.
Also somehow knew that WCW and WWF were their own brands and that wrestlers had to sign with a company to wrestle there. So, when Scott Hall made his WCW debut in the crowd, I remember my brother and I doing that "We're going to be rich" dance from the TV Show Doug but saying "We got Razor Ramon! We got Razor Ramon" and then having that thought shattered because he was talking about a war. At that point I believed WWF (despite 10 seconds earlier somehow knowing how the world worked lol) was really invading.

I thought for sure that Tatanka & the 123 Kid had held the IC strap at some point.....It was only when I brushed up on my title history that I discovered they hadn't.

Around the time after the video game Here Comes the Pain came out. My brother's friend informed that the new game will be Smackdown: You Can't See Me and I could have sworn I saw a picture of the game cover when I went to Walmart in the soon to come video game section. It had John Cena in the front and other superstars in the back similar to the Shut Your Mouth Cover. Unfortunately I only saw it once and never saw it again as the Smackdown series got cancelled.

Jericho actually injured Shamrock's back with the Walls of Jericho, and that's why the World's Most Dangerous Man never returned to the WWF. (What a heel)

When I was like 10 or 11 someone tried telling me The Undertaker was from a town near where I live, my best friend and I ran with it for a while until we smartened up. Death Valley is nowhere near Pittsburgh. If you'd said Houston you would've gotten a like from me but you blew a perfectly good joke. Good job.

Death Valley is nowhere near Pittsburgh. I live in Tennessee, and Brian Lee, who played the fake Undertaker in 1994, has performed around this area off and in his entire career. He may have lived in the area at one. But because of him being in the area, Iâve heard from more than one person, âWell The Undertaker lives in Tennesseeâ, âUndertaker lives just outside of Nashvilleâ, etc. Of course I find it humorous because he was the fake Undertaker, but I donât try to explain that to non wrestling fans. I also worked with a guy that tried to tell me that each of the Von Erich brothers and Tatanka have been the Ultimate Warrior at one time or another. I guess having fringe on your boots means youâre the Ultimate Warrior.

Well I think the most obvious was as a kid, thinking this was all real.
The Warrior being dead didn't believe it at all.
Did believe that Jack Tunney was really President.

When I first started watching (so when I was 7) till I was like 11 I thought RKO stood for Randyâs knock out What does RKO stand for? Well his full name is Randy Keith Orton so that's one explanation. I always thought it was "Randy's Knock Out" as well, though I don't think I've ever heard him verify that.
