So Sunday, I ordered UE Bret Hart.
Today, my box arrived. No UE Bret. 4 figures I didn't order.
Never had this happen in over 15 years of buying from Ringside.
So what happens in a case like this?

Contact Ringside. You’ll send back the wrong order & they’ll send you the correct order.

They will email you a shipping label. Had an exchange once due to damaged product. They are pretty fast about it, too.

Everyone seems to do fine with Ringside. I had an issue once and they were a pain. Sent me an E63 Dusty with a damaged box, and the paint app of his wrist tape was around his elbow. They eventually begrudgingly gave me a refund. I offered to send it back and have a correct one sent to me. They refused.
Not that big a deal, not enough for me to hate them. But it confused me as everyone else says they've had great customer service experiences.
It's because I'm Canadian, isn't it?
