I recently bought this figure just because I had no idea who it is, obviously counterfeit - no makers mark, just random numbers on the legs and arms I’m guessing it could be raven from the clothing but it looks nothing like him If anyone could help that would be great Link to image below m.imgur.com/a/l2p4ksm

Link doesn't work, but by your description I'd say it's a "Wrestling Federation" figure; bootlegs based on the OSFTM ECW figures.

Also possibly released as "Super Bruisers". Downside with the later releases was: the likeness was gone for the figure who it was supposed to be. But hey seems they knew how Paul E. Dangerously would look years later!
