Once all the glue has settled, sealer has cured, etc, I'll fix the eyes a bit (need bigger pupils) and do the small touch ups. I like sealing it once first to preserve the main work before I do the final little touch ups. Just makes me feel safer handling the figure when I need to get in really close. (Likewise using the heatgun to clean up the neck, and drill the head a bit deeper so it sits better. This gives you a pretty good idea what he's looking like though) Headscan was from TSM, I *think this was a shrunken head rather than a custom sculpt.

Now that I've finally got the hang of bloody images, can start playing catchup too.
Lance Archer from about a month ago. I slacked on the bottoms because eventually I'll add fabric, but that head was a ton of work so I needed a break from him specifically. Loved the way the head turned out
