I would like to be excited for it but I'm not. In the past whenever they've had legends return it was always in a throwaway segment that was hardly memorable. For this Raw Reunion with how many names have been announced as showing up I doubt several will get anything more than a second or 2 of screen time. To me that just feels like a waste. I'll watch the show but my expectations for it will be very low.

Even though Im a huge fan of legends, the focus of the show still needs to be on todays talent. A couple backstage segments, maybe one current vs legend match but other then that just walk them out and give them applause and thank yous before/after a commercial break. Nah, that's what was wrong with raw 25. Too many legends waving to the crowd. That's not a good use for them. I hope the APA are not on the show tomorrow. Their poker crap was a lowlight of raw 25.

Wouldn't be surprised if everything revolves around Shane as usual and him dictating what the Legends are supposed to do or something. Then it builds up to him getting stunned by Austin giving Vince a break for the night lol. I hope Austin does something cool with Kevin Owens.

I'm just hoping we get at least one 2 out of 3 falls match, a massive bonus if its a 10 man tag 2 out of 3 falls match.

I don't know if he's appearing, but I like the idea of Steve Blackman winning the 24/7 title like someone here joked about. They should have just called tonight's show "old school raw".

im not expecting much, after the absolute snoozefest that was RAW 25 i dont think they really know how to do anything entertaining anymore
im expecting a couple in ring promos from austin, DX and Hogan about "how amazing RAW is and its the greatest show in history, and i was lucky to be part of all the history and the attitude era was historic, and the monday night wars was the most historic battle in television history, remember how amazing everything was back in the day" and thats about it

I'm not going to have huge expectations for this show. All I ask is that it ends with Steve Blackman winning the 24/7 belt then challenging Brock to a Summerslam title-vs-title match. That or Gangrel being appointed the new commissioner. I'll be content. You're obviously joking, but having a legend win the 24/7 title, even just for a few minutes, is a genius idea imo.

I could see them doing something to WrestleMania 18 where the Hardcore Title changed hands multiple times during the night but eventually ended up back in the hands of Maven, the original champion.

Stone Cold should cut a promo designed for the crowd to yell "WHAT?!"

I don’t know how ~ Cymru ~ feels but for me anyway I find the new guys have nothing to make them stand out. No real character, emotion. The gear is all the same. There are no gimmicks. That’s what I like about the older guys and them coming back. No 2 guys were alike Welcome to the kickpads era! It’s be crazy to go back to 2005 and tell the internet “hey guys... WWE in the future is going to do exactly what you want - they’re gonna get rid of gimmicks and storylines and push moveset cruiserweights to the top and the tv shows will just be full of pointless workrate matches... and you’re still gonna hate it.”

Like I said... switching the show’s focus from characters and storylines to long workrate matches wasn’t what we wanted after all. Pretty much everybody on the kickpad era roster is capable of getting four Meltzers a night, but almost all of them are worse at making us care about what they’re doing than Renee Dupree was. And he had absolutely nothing other than his little dance, and sometimes a dog. Somehow, WWE has ended up with a roster of Shelton Benjamins and they’ve built the shows around that skillset. And I think we could all easily count on one hand now the number of storylines we’ve really cared about in the last five or so years that weren’t some variation of “you’re not my real dad, Vince, don’t tell me who to like!” And they’ve probably gone to that well once too often now, after Kofi and Becky at the same time. I’m hoping that Stone Cold Kevin Owens is going to lead to something decent once it’s past the “Y U NO PUSH ASUKA & MURPHY” phase, and that Bray Wyatt is going to be better at this new spooky than he was at the old spooky. But I don’t have much hope for anything in the near future beyond kickpad guys doing dives to the outside.

As long as a "C.M. Punk" chant breaks out, I'll be happy.
