man its too bad Kofi's not going to have a long title reign, because he'd had a ready-made feud for Adam Cole (bay-bay) when he gets called up

I'm pretty sure his only loss since then was the tag match when Orton pinned him. i mean technically the champion shouldnt lose. unless it really makes sense. kofi's entire point right now is "underdog/unexpected"...so his character is sold as a guy with a ton of heart and who wont give up. its generic, watered down and been done 450,000 times....but the crowds still love him and you want the champion to get victories and be a strong defense...otherwise when he eventually loses it it will be meaningless i have zero problems with a champion winning all (or most of all) his matches this day and age. ill take that 50000000x over the stupid chit they ALWAYS do where champs lose non-title matches all the time in the middle of a "feud" |

One of these teams looks like champions, the others look like fans who show up to arenas wearing belts.
One of these teams is aggressive and serious. The other is annoying
I'd rather have Jinder Mahal back as champion.

Worse than Mahal lol He's most likely losing next Sunday so Orton, a more recognizable and popular champion, can bring views to Smackdown when they switch networks in the Fall. Kofi can chase the title and eventually win it back. |
