The NXT guys and girls should get paid double now to what they usually get!

Damn shame. NXT is the only bit of current wrestling that I enjoyed. I can't imagine HHH is too happy about this.

Too many people like to criticize Vince. He usually proves people wrong so this should be interesting.

That's worrying to say the least. Vince reportedly has been rewriting Smackdown a lot these last few weeks, and the shows have been good, so Vince is capable of making good shows. But this is a roster full of stars he'd only be aware of once they're called up since he apparently barely watches NXT. I don't think Vince understands those NXT wrestlers enough to write angles and stuff for them. Also the idea of main roster stars being used on NXT for more star power worries me since I predict they'll be using main event and upper midcard names. It would be cool and all to see Daniel Bryan or AJ Styles appear on NXT once every few months, but I'd prefer seeing people who don't really get a chance to shine on Smackdown and Raw. I'd rather see Apollo Crews, Liv Morgan, EC3, and Zack Ryder competing in NXT over Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman, Charlotte, and any other top names who don't need the exposure.

NXT is gonna become what ECW became in 2008 when Vince took over it. A watered-down terrible product that doesn't even resemble the original product except for its name.

I’m honestly just being a ball buster to some degree. I don’t think the show will completly in the toilet but I fear some of what makes NXT so good will be changed or lost (commentators that don’t sound like animatronics, everyone gets a decent spotlight, the titles aren’t bounced around too bad)

I could see them combining the tough enough and nxt concept.
this is sad news, but nxt was always a bit of a shooting star. it had to come down at some point.

Man... what if HBK and HHH tell Vince to suck it and defect to AEW? What a time to be alive!!!

Well it does look like Eric Bischoff is part of the WWE now because this is a dick move that he would love. I know I've been critical of AEW in the past but I'm swaying more to their side. I still think that 70% of their roster is laughable though. There is no reason to move NXT to Wednesdays on USA. I don't think it'll draw that many more people to watch it. The ones who really love it are already spending the $9.99 a month to see it. Now they'll get Raw and Smackdown recaps and tons of commercials.
