Every Mount Rushmore I’ve seen have been everyone’s top 4 but each president were chosen to represent birth (Washington), growth (Jefferson), development (Roosevelt), and preservation (Lincoln). Based on that criteria who would be on your WWE Rushmore? Mine would be:
Birth - Bruno (face of the company at the beginning) Growth - Hogan (face of the company when they went from regional to global) Development - Triple H (DX, Evolution, NXT) Mick Foley Preservation - Bret Hart (kept the company alive at its lowest point)

Birth: Gorgeous George Growth: Vince McMahon Development: Hulk Hogan Peak: Steve Austin
To me, that's the sports entertainment Mount Rushmore. I know I cheated a bit, but I'm Canadian.

But if I had to choose my top 4 of all-time, in no particular order, it's:
Bret Hart Randy Savage Ric Flair Shawn Michaels

For OP: Birth: Bruno (though Buddy Rogers deserves some credit) Growth: Hogan (though Vince could go here) Development: Austin (though HHH is a good choice as well) Preservation: Either Hitman, HBK, or Taker (they all lasted a long time and through different era's, so one of them would be my choice)
For Gorilla: Savage Sting Hitman Austin

My list was wwe specifically, not pro wrestling as a whole. I mean how could you not put those 4 in wwe's Mount Rushmore?

For OP: Birth: Hogan (for me, he was the birth of pro wrestling as if not for him pro wrestling prob would have stayed unknown on sat morning gordon solie wrestling) Growth: Andre (giants/the giant is what helped make pro wrestling as BIG as it is/was. pro wrestling was all about giant men to the general public and andre is as well known if not more than hogan) Development: Austin (brought us the new attitude era and the biggest boom wrestling ever seen) Preservation: Flair (The man carried nwa/wcw, then boosted wwf in 91/92 when things were getting slow, then back to wcw thru the early 90's, the hogan wcw era, the nwo era, back to wwf/wwe how many times and STLL givin us all WOOOO's to this day)
For Gorilla: Hogan Andre Warrior Savage

If people actually knew what Mt. Rushmore was and how it came about and you don't include a guy like Dick Murdoch then what's the point in making a list?

No way Hunter Hearst Helmsley should make anyone's Rushmore LOL. The guy absolutely gained fame based on clinging to someone more popular (Michaels) or with power (Stephanie). If not for "who you know" he would be running whatever became of Killer Kowalski's promotion which isn't really a bad thing considering he does seem to love wrestling but I would put a Virgil or Berzeker as more talented and entertaining than him any day.

Not for Mt Rushmore, but as far as watching a match I would take Triple H over the Rock any day of the week. I was never a big fan of the Rock back in the day. I can’t and won’t deny what both Austin or Rock did for sports entertainment, but for me personally it was this order for me during the WWE Attitude Era... Triple H Austin Rock Undertaker Mankind
As for the WWE only Mt Rushmore it would be... Birth - Vince McMahon Growth - Hulk Hogan Development - Steve Austin Preservation - Bret Hart
