So is their show just gonna be all wrestling? No real backstage segments, no in-ring confrontation/promo's. They had a couple of mini ones sprinkled in, but I've felt like I've been watching a PPV with the way it's laid out, as opposed to a show where they're supposed to build storylines I feel like they needed a few more interviews/ stories also to explain to a casual viewer They kind of just threw everyone out and expect the people watching the show to know who they are. NXT on the other hand has been doing a great job on commentary when talking about the people on screen and who they are, also having those mini vignettes. They also have the luxury of being attached to WWE so even if casual fans didn't watch the show, they knew about NXT and most of the guys on the show. Hopefully next week, they'll have more segments for story-line building because right now, they're referencing things that happened at the PPV's as their storylines, which is a bad idea for those who either didn't watch them, or know they were even a thing |
