WWE SmackDown Superstar Jeff Hardy was arrested on Thursday evening in Moore County, North Carolina, according to PWInsider. Hardy was charged with Driving While Impaired.
Moore County police confirmed that Hardy was released from custody at around 11:30pm ET on Thursday night. They declined to give additional details, citing the ongoing investigation.
This arrest comes after Hardy was arrested for public intoxication and impairment in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina back in mid-July.
Jeff is currently out of action for WWE, recovering from knee surgery that he underwent in May. It was reported that he would be out of action for 6-9 months.
I hope he gets some help. It looks like he's falling back to his old ways.

I don't know the whole story or the inner troubles Jeff might have, but for the love of God, WWE release this guy until he gets help.

Better yet, instead of making matters worse and firing the guy, they could send him to their own sponsored rehab. Now, doesn't that seem like the better solution, as opposed to making matters worse for someone who is already struggling it seems? As a hardy fan, I hate to see this. I don't feel like he will let things get AS bad as they were at once, but he definietly needs some help it would appear. Not sure about WWE and DDP's relationship with his involvement in AWE, but I think both parties could set that aside to work together to help Jeff out here. |

This guy jfalls apart when he has nothing to focus on.
Send him to rehab, but then after (even while he is injured and recovering!!) make him a producer or writer or something.
Once again, just to give him something to focus on, something to do. SO maybe he and we could avoid crap like this.

I'm for giving someone another chance or offering to get them help. But how many chances should he or the Usos keep getting ?
WWE should make it clear cut, enter their/someone's rehab program ASAP or your career with them is done.

Hurts to see Jeff struggle to keep it together. Always seems that being off the road triggers it for him over the last few years. Makes me wonder if he may have some bad influences surrounding him in his normal life at home, and gives in to his impulses when he doesn't have a support system around him like the locker room in WWE or TNA. Or he just simply can't control himself. It just sucks either way.
