When Brian from Super 7 mentioned something about someone wanting their figure to look how they look now, I'm wondering if that was Toma Tonga. When the NJPW line was originally announced I remember hopingto get a Toma figure with and without the face paint. But now that he's changed his look up so much, and isn't a part of Bullet Club anymore (and Super 7 not having access to use BC logos), a figure of Toma Tonga has lost a good amout of its appeal.

Sucks, but i think we all knew it. I have them all. It was a bit of a train wreck for sure. It sucks that the word of mouth from those that never even touched the figs helped kill the line. I have hundreds of loose Elite-scale figs and their Okada is my absolute favorite figure of all. |

Tama seems like a complete tool so it wouldn't surprise me. These figs themselves have a dollar store quality about them thats undeniable. So were the plastic accessories and belts. The soft goods were excellent.

Probably for the best that this line died, with S7 now nickel & dimeing things like paint apps and GITD fx, adding cost on top of an already premium price.

This line was beset by problems since its inception. Bullet Club members would've been brilliant. Just curious, but what are those problems in your opinion? I think the articulation, soft good, belts, and packaging are pretty nice. |

These look better than their first figures albeit they are just render prototypes. I guess they wanted them to come with the Impact tag titles, but couldn't get the license so they just included generic good brother belts. If it's actually based on something then I guess I don't follow their careers too much to care. I wonder if Ringside will stock these I would rather get them there then on Super7 website. 55 a pieces is still steep but atleast it's not ridiculous like the series 2 of Major bros figures.

They look good (pun intended), but I've lost interest in the NJPW product over the last few years, so I haven't seen much of their stuff since returning and won't feel the need to get these.
