When it comes to stocking WWE figures - I believe Walmart - as a company - and it's management teams - could do a much better job. I'm not sure where else I should go to voice this frustration - and I'm not alone in this frustration - many are reporting similar experiences. This seems like the best place to have these discussions, no? I do remember days when it was pretty unacceptable for (any) product shelves to be empty/bare unstocked & unkept for any period of time - often these shelves are unstocked & unkept for days/weeks/MONTHS at a time..... nothing wrong with shining a spotlight on it. So no need to attack me personally, Walmart's shelves are a public display - the company and the staff should take pride in their stores - do you think Walmart management wants their shelves looking like many of the pics posted on this forum? How else can we expect things to improve - unless we address them? It's kind of funny how, in the same breath as chiding me for "attacking you personally", you excuse similar behavior on your part because Wal-Mart's shelves are a "public display". I'm not sure what you think all these posts across social media are in turn, but they aren't exactly private exchanges between you and your local store. Maybe being on the receiving end of behavioral criticism ain't so hot. Treat people like people. I doubt that you're truly concerned about the feelings of the workers who stock these shelves. Walmart signs agreements with Mattel to produce EXCLUSIVE COLLECTOR'S EDITION FIGURES - that can only be purchased IN WALMART STORES...... NOT online, but IN STORES..... Then the shelves go empty for weeks & months...... whole regions never see the exclusive figures..... and the fans who support this line need to resort to 3rd party scalpers to get these figures - or (Harley Race) - they can't get them at all. I don't feel "entitled" to these figures - I just want to be able to FIND without an unreasonable degree of difficulty. It's really not as complicated (or personal) as you are making it. |

Is it really that foreign of a concept to you that the notion that someone else could see these people getting harangued and harbor sympathy for them casts doubt in your mind by default? Again - some of you have clearly never been on the opposite side of the counter, and boy, does it show. I spent many, many, many years in those roles, up and down the ladder and all throughout the stores. It's not that hard to sympathize when you see these things happen, even indirectly. Sh*t like that just makes those jobs ten times worse than they already are. |

Just checked 5 Walmarts in my area. Nothing but top picks 2018 Styles everywhere you look.

Stopped by my closest WalMart this morning. A few days ago, they had no Elites and today, they had all of E74 (case with no Neidhart) and part of E75 out. Sick of going into these damn stores.

My local Walmart has had nothing but bits and pieces of E66 and Battle Packs 56 and 58 since November of last year. NOVEMBER.

Thursday they stocked series 74 and the newest pancake new day 2pks. Today they stocked series 75. No exclusives in either case. All thats left are the doubles i didnt purchase. 9 new elites in a span of 3 days at a price point of $15.88 is amazing for me since Elites have been empty since October . Toy manager told me the shipper display was due to hit on the 14th

I spent 6 years in retail management and people think you can just pop inventory out of your ass. It's not that easy. If it was, there wouldn't be r/talesfromretail subreddit. |

Just checked a store located in a big mall. Only a few A.J basics. I've been told by another member this location never has anything. You'd figure with all that traffic they would order more often.

I went to my two stores in Norwich and Oneonta NY. They both have motu back. Norwich had Elite 74, and I picked up Natalya. Oneonta had series 104 but no Keith Lee.

My Walmart (Mass) got a case of 75 today. Was shocked, considering 74 just came 2 weeks ago.

They smashed it for the month of February. Three cases of Elite 74 in the month. March starts out with three Finns, two Styles, and a Neidhart though.

The other one I go to near my job just started carrying Elites again, and it looks like they won't stock anymore until the lone Batista and Velveteen Dream figures sell. |

Finally ran into a Neidhart on the fourth case my area has received. No interest from me, and there was a noticeable paint scratch/defect on the lower torso so didn't bother to pick it up.
Man, I have zero interest in this series after I got Dorado on the first instance.

Mine has 8 basic Rollins figures that will be there until the end of time. Also Nakamura and Balor basics from before Christmas. I guess they're not getting the hint that everyone in my area already has multiple variations of these guys.
They should hurry up and get the Ricochet basics to the shelves since Vince is turning him into a jobber. That way he won't warm as hard as the other jobbers.
