I think a Hakushi/Jinsei Shinzaki could sell as well as Liger, given his run in the WWF...and just how cool looking it would be.

Neither is known in America to anyone who isn't a wrestling fan, and I would think a majority of wrestling fans who know who Liger is would also have heard of Hakushi...But maybe I'm wrong. |

Liget is a bigger star here than Hakushi, so yeah people who know him would probably also know Hakushi. You have to remember that Liger had a match on a Takeover and worked here somewhat regularly for ROH and other promotions until his retirement. He's far from an unknown name to fans in the US. Hakushi is a name you're only gonna know if you like 1995 WWF or Michinoku Pro. Liger, for literal decades, was the token answer along with Muta if you asked a western fan who their favorite Japanese wrestler was. |
