I'm curious how far variants can go. We learned that it's strictly a cosmetic thing, so no altering parts or different heads. What about something more elaborate like, say, a hypothetical Ric Flair robe color variant? Is that possible for the variant figures, or is that a bit too complicated due to how elaborate the cloth goods are? I imagine it'd be too expensive to do two different dusters for Ultimate Warrior, for example. AFA said deco only. That’s not deco so it’s unlikely

Could you make the Stone Cold vest that says Hell Yeah on the back?

I know you’re job looks glorious and fun with making and designing toys but what are some of the negatives about your job. Or things you don’t enjoy about it that we don’t see/know

Action Figure Attack I know bill has stated that we would get a resized bash at the beach sting head with the next release. I think that head is great, however it was never fixed. Would it possible for you guys to resize it the next time it’s used? It’s a great head and would fix the issues with the last ‘96 era stings.

Will hand pegs ever be fixed to match the design on the figure? It's very off putting when someone has a taped hand and there's just a big gap because the peg is skin tone. Or like the Roman figure above ^^, where there's a black peg for a no tape/no glove hand. Both pegs are in the same tool so one common plastic color needs to be chosen. This can causes issues if there’s wrist tape or gloves that aren’t used on both hands. Design decides against painting those parts because the paint would rub off when you move the joint, possibly even with just one movement or adjustment.

There’s no way to shrink it after it’s been tooled. We’ll see what we can do if/when we do Sting from that era again.

If Greg the Hammer is a chase figure, and you made the hair black would that count as a deco hit to get the Rhythm and Blues version. Would that be the same situation like Elite 63 Shelton where we got modern and gold standard.
Is the Paige in basic 105 the figure from Target NXT line
If you do another William Regal would you do NXT GM or a Real Man's Man

Elite 12 Kane has two different peg colors and I don’t think either of them are painted

I know you’re job looks glorious and fun with making and designing toys but what are some of the negatives about your job. Or things you don’t enjoy about it that we don’t see/know I’m marketing, a role formerly know as brand manager, so we manage the business. Doing the lineups, meeting you guys at conventions, working with design on gear choices, revealing new figs, etc are the fun things that make the job beyond worthwhile. It is a business though and there’s tons of day to day work to keep things rolling; selling in to retail, ensuring we remain on schedule, hitting our target costs for waves, ensuring budgets are followed, monitoring and reporting sales and shipping, working with our international teams, producing and managing commercials and social media content, etc, etc, etc.

We’d want him done right and include his jacket and maybe some additional appropriate accessories. Yes, the Basic 105 Paige is the canceled Target figure. Probably GM for Regal. Man’s man was such a brief moment in time...while not impossible, it’s not high on the list.

Any chance you guys will update the kickpads on a future Johnny Gargano elite and give him the correct kickpads instead of just a painted on shin? I know Jakks did quite a few figures that came with masks, is that something that you guys ever thought about? Hopefully. Ultimately designs call. We did do some Rey fig with mask packs years ago. No plans to revisit that at the moment.

Is it possible to comment on the Hogan situation at all? Are his figures/deal with Storm Collectables preventing new Mattel figures? (or is it something else?). Do you think you'll be working on new Hogans sooner or later (say, within the next 12 months) - or is it not looking good for the foreseeable future? And thanks for interacting with us like this... it's pretty awesome.
