Any chance of a Carmella in her Barbie logo outfit from Summerslam 2018?
Is there is a greater chance of it being made sue to Barbie being owned by Mattel?

You mentioned working with the design team on gear choices; what were some of the first figures you worked on/pitched? Sensational Sherri RetroFest Mr Perfect RetroFest Hacksaw Shelton Benjamin (Chase) Halloween Havoc Rey WrestleMania Scott Hall There’s a lot more but it can be very collaborative. I can’t really take sole credit. So you’re the old Brendan Frasier fan that put his head on RetroFest Mr Perfect

I can’t really take sole credit. I happen to have all of those figures, great work my friend! I do have another question: I noticed a lot of the gimmick/Wrestlecrap figures get a lot of love from Mattel and they seem to get nailed every time. Do you find them to be a breath of fresh air compared to more realistic characters or are they simply more fun to work on? Also who is one Wrestlecrap character you'd love to immortalize in figure form regardless of legends contracts/merch deals?

All i'm seeing with the new Andrade Elite is Benoit legs, so that's something i guess. Well that’s the only way you’ll get a Benoit if you really want it so find an R3 head Already got one in the works, yellow attire too. As for the head, his Deluxe head actually works perfectly. At least with this Andrade, it'll be way cheaper for future attires since i won't need an E20 Christian.

Hey there! Thanks so much for taking the time to interact with us on here. Any reason why we still haven't gotten Attitude Era versions of The Hardy Boyz? Closest thing was The New Brood, which might have been two of my favorite figures from this year. When they signed, was the plan always to create multiple modern versions of them, or have you just not found the right spot to include those looks yet? I'm also REALLY hoping we eventually get a 2002/2003 era Jeff Hardy with the shorter blonde hair and white tank. What's the demand been for this figure, and where is it at on your personal priority list? Closest? Those are Attitude Era Hardy Boyz...

Do you know if the first series is shipping for Christmas this year or are all three waves coming next year? It’s possible the first wave starts popping up before Christmas. They won’t be on planogram until the January reset but stores could receive them early. Not a question, just an FYI. I thought you might be interested to know that the Masters of the WWE Universe figures have hit Walmart.com. Retail around the holidays can be a nightmare, and a ghost town for months after, I'm glad they put some up on their website.

This is a fantastic thread.
Is there any chance of WWE Mega Construx? It's been a few years since WWE last tried construction toys, and the Mega Construx MOTU are great.

Steve. Is there any chance there might be a running change on that orange bandanna for the rr91 macho man?
The bandanna was actually pink like his outfit

Hi Steve/AFA, do you ever check out the fix-up thread on this board and if you do, are there any fix-ups or customs you’ve seen that you’d love to include in the official line? Let’s assume parts inventory, rights, and demand were all in your favour.

They’re very very viable options obviously.

I just got ultimate Balor, so I've every demon - besides the NXT ring exclusive. Anyway, seeing as WWE has put the demon on the backburner, will you be revisiting any older paint schemes, or is that it for the time being? There are still a couple of early Takeover designs we didn't get. I'd even take an elite of the afore mentioned, ring exc.

First Steve, thanks for answering these questions. A lot are "why can't you do x" or "will we get x in y attire" and you've been both patient and helpful :-) My question: other companies (Hasbro being one with the Star Wars barge and Super 7 another with Snake Mountain) have recently done backer funded type projects for either costly large scale items or more niche items to ensure it is cost effective. Have or do you think you could consider a similar model for figures and / or playsets so you can bypass retailers and go straight to the customers who want niche wrestlers who may be under deals but not mass marketable. Or current / retro play sets like the original Raw setting at the manhattan centre (with apron, entrance etc) or maybe the smackdown iconic "fist" stage etc? I appreciate the market appetite is one big consideration when setting up lines so a payment first no risk option would help overcome that? This has been discussed a bit here already. It’s a great way to get out certain items for sure. I’m totally aware as I backed both the Barge and Snake Mountain. Remember MOTU Classics and Castle Grayskull were released through Matty Collector via this method. If that option becomes available to us again, we’ll explore.
